15:00 is SUPER LEGIT on this course.
Orem almost certainly isn't going to make NXN as a team given how good the Southwest is, but he has a shot as getting to NXN as an individual. 49th last year, probably top 10 this year for sure.

westfall keeps beating kyle steadman by 10 seconds, daniel simmons beat kyle by 10 seconds this week at Twiknight invitational and called it a "hard effort" in his interview. Yeah hes very good
It looks like these Utah teams are going to dust the Colorado teams this year. These California teams really need to work on running well on a more difficult course that is not flat, they looked really bad at firman

not only this but Orem which got 2nd would have beaten Rocky Mountain last year. And we know Orem won't make NXN because Herriman / American Fork / Lone Peak / Riverton. and we all know Rocky Mountain should have gone to nxn last year. Conditions are also worse at bob firman its usually closer to 70 degrees with more winds, then they are at northwest regionals which have much lower degree temperatures.

Any thoughts on this team? How would they stack up with other top teams in the nation?
It’s crazy how many of these Utah / Southwest boys teams are better than New York’s #1 team

It doesn't matter anymore because there is runninglane. There is still plenty of glory of winning runninglane if you are unable to go to nxn because your region is stacked. Last year Jesuit LA a team that was winning all of the midwest/souteast went to runninglane and lost to some of these southwest teams
That just means that Jesuit LA sucked
CBA just went off today at bowdoin. 16:07 5 man average. Second fastest 5 man average ever to be run at the course. If they can keep it together they will be a threat for sure.
Let’s be real, this is equal to if not better than what Herriman has put up so far this season. These 2 schools may be tier 1 with 3-5 schools close behind in tier 2.
you underestimate how good herriman/american fork are. I am waiting for speed ratings
it's because your not on the west coast

Holy crap.. Rodriguez sisters dominated. Top 10 in US this year? 16:40 for a freshman girl on that course!!! Legit.
“With lots of hype and anticipation heading into their first all out effort of the season, CBA jammed its five scoring runners in the top nine and simply overpowered the field with an epic 16:07 bomb on the rugged layout!!! Just how fast is 16:07 at Bowdoin??
Well, it's the second fastest average ever at Bowdoin, which runs about 20-25 seconds slower than Holmdel. The only team that's run faster on the course is Fayeteville-Manilus of N.Y., who ran 16:02.4 at the 2013 Nike New York Regional. CBA destroyed the previous NJ CR average of 16:14.6 that was set by the 2012 CBA squad. The 2011 CBA team that won the Nike National title averaged 16:24 at Bowdoin.”
So is this year’s CBA team going to get the third podium spot at NXN behind Herriman and AF?
sounds very legit, hopefully some specialist on the east coast can tell us how good this is and what course conditions were like
Look at the splits and tell me you believe this is a full 5k. Leader comes through 2 miles in 9:49 and runs 14:46.
That doesn’t add up.

It’s legit. Check Strava 3.12-3.15 Jesuit
CBA with 5 guys 180 or over speed rating…oofdah
