Very interested to see speed ratings for twiknight not sure how serious american fork was here but something tells me lone peak and riverton are back; which I originally thought were over-hyped.

American Fork was missing their #2 or 3 runner Ben Jaster. Not sure how much difference it would have made if he was there
minnesota has been on a roll recently, look at all these new fast juniors that had break out preformances at roy griak, was hoping for more breakouts from our junior class at woodbridge but it's just westin brown and evan noonan and we already knew they were very good.
Roy Griak speed ratings
Robert Mechura, third place at Griak, ran a 15:06 in the Open Race at Heartland last year
Sam Scott, senior, won Griak two years ago. It’s not like he has gotten worse, it’s just that other people were stepping up. The senior class from 2 years ago at Heartland wasn’t very great
Also Bode Erickson, Stevens Point’s #2, was in 9th at the 3k. At the end he wasn’t able to score.
If he races to the best of his ability at NXN I think Stevens Point can get top 10 there.
Wichita Trinity is lacking a 5th runner. 4th runner ran a 162, and 5th ran a 126. Ouch

If this is true then they are better than San Clemente but racing is about producing results and on paper they are around Rock Canyon.
the team I am watching for is belen. not because i think they are better than american fork / herriman but They do have a few fast runners siting out because of injury but if they manage it well they could definitely surprise us and win nxn
I just watched a video of the roy griak course, grass looks very dry and shorter than before, no wetness or mud, it really isn't a course you can compare previous times to, I don't think the guys at roy griak are as good as people think they are on here
this is supposed to be your typical roy griak course
Cedar Falls IA. A team with 5 under 16:05 that was not at Griak, and crushed all IA teams including Dowling Catholic earlier in the season
CBA NJ
Herriman scores 59 points at Bob Firman, Utah schools go 1-2-3 with Orem and Layton taking advantage of a weakened Rocky Mountain (Lucas has a bad day).
Jourdon gets the job done over Noonan and Austin Westfall of Orem. Idaho athletes go 4-5-6, with Heemeyer, Stadtlander, and Stockett who could all be in contention for a NW individual bid to NXN.
a win is a win these utah teams are good
I feel like noonan's whole ending race strategy doesn't work very well on a hill course with lots of turns, may need to change things up coming to nxn. Congrats to Jojo Jourdan for the win he will be one to watch coming nxn
It would be fun to see how Jourdon, Noonan, Westfall, and Heemeyer all do at NXN (assuming they can all make it).
I think a 100% healthy Heemeyer might have shaken things up, but we'll never know for sure.
Austin Westall looks like someone to watch out for. He could be on same level as Echohawk was his senior year, his 15:00 is good considering conditions look worse here than northwest regionals.
Does not wanting my kids to watch a bisexual threesome at the Olympics make me a bigot?
No scholarship limits anymore! (NCAA Track and Field inequality is going to get way worse, right?)
