Thank you for comparing me with one of the most famous icons of my home country (meatballs),but to be honest I am much more famous and renowned than the meatballs.even more than Swedish fish and IKEA.
To be honest,Norwegian method is very interesting to me.it is not magic like Dancan, but to be honest I just use Dancan system in game of free promotion for coaching fees.Dancan not actually based on science,but actually magic copy of Daniel’s and Canova.Unfortunately my system actually does not work very well without extreme talent if I am being honest.it produces magic results,but people like Phil could not follow my plan without getting injured and they ran slower.
But if I do not promote my system,I am scared i am not relevant in world of running,and also I am lonely and have only my dear Emma to talk to.

Hopefully you will soon be able to run 20 minutes non-stop, and maybe a 5:30 km. Have explosive diarrhea.

To be honest,I am not sure of my ability to run under 20minute 5K in August.My hope here is to write an interesting journey,based on the real scientific effects and my own observations of actual training,but applied to me in fiction.This way I can gain some attention to help promote my Dancan system and I hope to gain some fame and a little extra spending money for pizza and Emma 😉.
By August I can claim that my strong bad viruses and cold prevent from training, but I can say if I had been able to hop on my magic Dancan system, I would have broken the Masters record.And then readers can see and decide for themselves that Dancan could have produced magic results but out of my control I had flurry of viruses.even magic cannot fix bad luck.

I make bold prediction I can run sub 16 minute 5K because honesty I try to spread word of my great magic Dancan system.It’s the same reason I make many anonymous handles and make posts to myself,it helps create ‘buzz’ for my magic!A few crazy stalkers try to stop me but if I make enough posts fast as possible,perhaps a new reader will discover my great methods.

I do not make excuses,everything I told is the truth.I am the world’s greatest online coach and masters runner ! You just can’t handle my magic.
Of course my DANCAN system will not work for everyone.I am still developing it and it is not very well tested.Even not tested,my system just taking pieces of Daniel’s and Canova with my own magic spin (low mileage),so it should work well.There is no over complicated science behind it and does not need long posts to explain like other idiotic but tested ways to train.Most of my coached runners lack the talent for my system and that is why most of my runners now slower.
This does not matter so long as I keep posting on these boards under my name and other handles,soon more and more runners will sign up for my coaching and one talented one will be discovered.Then I will have fame and extra money for my Emma.
Today I am still very sick with bad cold so I will try running again in a couple of weeks.August coming soon and almost impossible for me to run at World Championships but my magic wizzardry could pull off miracle!Either way I have good reason not to run (viruses) but my crazy stalkers have no reason to doubt my ‘scheme’ as you say.

This was interesting; thanks for summarizing. As long as Jan isn't lying or spamming, I'm interested to read about his training, such as it is. As in, staying on topic for this thread that Jan himself started! And if he puts in the work then he deserves to see results.
As much as I dislike Ghost's fawning, he's on point about one thing, though -- Jan has no chance in hell of running sub-20 for 5000m unless he loses a lot of weight (fat). I'm in my late 50s, and maintaining a good weight is hard work.
