37.5 mins slow. Returning from an Achilles injury, like everyone else here... Finally getting used to running form again after a month of heavy biking.
Ran 'paper route' run for 53:03. Easy pace, finished strong.

PM 8 miles with middle 4 miles at 6:15 pace.
This is my first time posting on this thread because its the first time I've done a decent days training in a while. Have had a couple 60 mile weeks of the last 4.

10 miles that included some good 1200m interval work. My schedule has been so up and down that it's nice to finally get a decent workout in.
Hilly 75 minutes with 10 x 1 minute on/off in the middle. Lifting, stretching, and massage (it's good to be back with coach).
I'm very happy to see the thread has maintained a high level in my absence. You guys are the best! We've got a good thing going here now.
16 x 400m at 70s with about 40-60s rests, tried to run again later today when it was 100F and my face almost melted, seriously, so my 45 minutes turned in to 25.

Track workout today: 30' w/u, 4 x 1320 (rest = work), 30' c/d. Then the massage! Damn, I think I'm going to need a training partner to help me with coach. She's incorrigable!! I'm too pooped to pop after some of these workouts, yet she won't stop.
Easy 60 ish today. Big lifting session, ice bath, and another MASSAGE! Damn, I can't control coach. Any advice? I'm just about worn out...
