I just checked the 32k split, and something seems to be amiss, and not just in regard to my split. It looks like it has everyone slowing, and that was not the case. Many people were slowing, as I passed a number of people, but I know that Karsten was not slowing. He was behind me, and both of us were picking up speed in the second half. Also, I recall checking the time on my watch at the 20-mile mark (with the 32k mark being at 19.88 miles), and it was 2:18:xx. I knew I had to be in the 2:17:xx range in order to get under three hours, and so I knew I was picking it up in the second half. Thus, it seems the 32k split was not at 32k.
Congrats on the PR. No doubt sub-3 is in your future (or in your past if not for the wrong turn).
