No fixed program, I begin my runs slowly then decide after 5 minutes what I want to do.

Dude deserves an award for this.
Ya well at least he didn't make stuff up everyday - something those who remember Running Doggs infamous and now deleted 8x800m will know. I cannot grasp the stuff Running dogg makes up everyday LOL. - His creativity is astounding.

Ya like that 13:15!
NO running today. I've shoveled the driveway twice already; I'll be out there at least twice more.
Pats-Jets should be interesting, not that it matters as they're all on juice of one type or another in the NFL.
I'd LOVE to see George Mitchell do an 'investigation' of the NFL's steriod and PED problem. No, better yet, let
Bob Kraft do it...lol.

That wasn't posted by Skuj. It could not have been as he's been banned again.
dudes, you are not going to start bickerin again, r yous??
Running Dogg an idea for you: how about you ease on buttering up the posters? That seems to be the thing that makes the trolls maddest. Don't fall into their trap. I'm sure the posting will continue... you know, runners thrive on self-motivation with only occasional prodding...
TODAY: Sunday. Hellatious 7k cross country race, last leg of a four-race "corri per il verde" series. Coldish with ice on the ground. Glad to have a pair of 5Fs handy... barefoot's great; but cold soles are cold soles....
And i am just realizing that i have been racing comfortably and injury at sub 4mins\km on just bike commuting alone... 2008 should be fun. Gonna have more time for some mileage to improve..
Thursday: the osteopath said all is aok.

Letsrun bans don't last forever. :)
Bah Humbug!
28 minutes on Saturday...kept it a little short to leave more time for shopping...still not done
shoveled Sunday....no run
I can assure everyone on this thread that the immature posting by certain posters has been dealt with. One prominent poster was sanctioned and just recently returned from a 10-day ban. It would appear that he has learned his lesson. Others who may be tempted to post frivolously should heed the warning.
u r such an asshole rundogtrollpolicewondering. discuss.
(i wonder if there is just one honest post from you in this thread.)
Here's an honest post;
Today; for 36:54, slow & easy (Maffetone pace for 23:41 AHR 127, actually a little higher than Maffetone protocol for me) . Solid run for last 13:13 HR 150, strong uphill finish. AHR 135 MHR 160.
Cccccaan't wwwwe all just ggget along here & leave Skuj alone?
24 minutes yesterday....wicked cold with biting wind
tonight: easy 30 minutes
tomorrow: another attempt at a track session. :)
have gone into full winter mode....took time off recently to shop and shovel....38' yesterday with reduced stride length to compensate for icy roads and sidewalks....approximately 14' to thaw out afterward.
Today; for 27:52 making time for a run, began faster than usual, steady for duration, picked up pace for uphill finish. AHR 143, MHR 167. Felt full. (could have been the multi cups of coffee short while ago plus a bacon & egg sandwich plus chocolate bar...the breaky of champions?).
Hope 'Farmsalmon' never logs on to this website :)
I took Saturday and Sunday off. It has been a while since I had consecutive days off while healthy. Nice! Yesterday I hit the hills again as part of a 55' run. We followed that up with a good lifting session and massage (!). Today I did a 50' tempo run and a few striders. Feeling good! How about you?
32 minutes yesterday...not as cold or windy, but still slippery
