So what are you now, 32 years old?
So what are you now, 32 years old?
Yes...because we've never had any 30+ year olds in the PSAC before (Mindy Sawtelle, Carl Leonard, Jeff Foster, and on and on and on)...
Hoovis
hoovis...why are you hoovis 4 now? any reason os was it time to change?
Ok ok, I was just kidding. It's my fault for thinking the sarcasm would carry over.
Back to the season predictions....
Regionals:
1. Edinboro
2. Slippery Rock
3. Loch Haven
Nationals:
Slippery Rock finishes in the top eight. Edinboro between 12 and 15.
It's a long way away so I'm looking forward to the next few months.
Leonard was never in his 30s when he ran for the boro. He is in his 30's right now. As far as I know he came in as a normal aged freshman.

Yeah...totally wigged typing in a hurry. Meant to write Marty Lyons...that dude was in his 30's no doubt.
Hoovis
Wu was in his late 20's when he won nationals.
I think Chris Clark is going to save the world this season. Yeah....I said it....THE FREAKIN WORLD!!
After saving the world, tending to his studies, and tearing up the PSAC...he is going to sit down to a hearty bowl of Spaghetti-Os and a tall glass of chocolate milk.

YYYyyeeeeeppaaaa!
Millersville now has a 5k course in Lancaster County's Central Park. It may be that I haven't been training seriously or something, but it's all hills. It stunk. Anyway mad props out to all the alums that came out. Cauler kicked some butt, and even sprinter (now coach) Akil Stokes ran the course. Ask him, it's hard!
Kerrigan is the county park course the same one that they used to use for high school league champs? Jeff Bradley (Hempfield High School) used to take us over there and i remember him showing us the finish right up the nasty rockford hill. Sounds like you guys had some fun are any results up?
Kerrigan, I missed the race on Sat at the county park. How many alumni ran? Were there any teams?
The course started at the environmental center like the old battle of the buggy course and found its way up around that hill where Indian rock is at. Then it came back to the environmental center and down to mill creek and back up to near the start. The course is on mapmyrun.com. You can ask Mr. Bradley how different it was because he was there.
It was just alumni and Millersville. We had teams of four score. Two alumni teams, 5 Ville teams (guys and girls on the same team)
The results aren't up yet only a brief summary of the race on millersvilles website. Coach hasn't gotten around to sending us the results yet (hey afterall this is a holiday)Adam Malloy won in 17:03, Priscilla Jennings led the women at around 19:40, Greg Cauller was the top alumni in the 18:30's
oh yeah, about 8 alum toed the line and all finished
Doesn't realy matter manfield has 4 guys runnen that are ok, where's there dept?
So what does everyone think about this weekend races?? i want to hear the comments on the teams that ran
