Yep pretty much sums it up.
Yep pretty much sums it up.
There will be some surprises from a couple of schools not mentioned here.
you're saying someone sneaking in the top 8? or someone winning that isn't considered?
Y'all watch out for the 1-2-3-4 in the 5k by the haven.
So I hear Rohl is going under in the next couple years. He hasn't sent anyone to nationals in over two years. Can that guy even coach?
Would you want to go to Mansfield? It can't be easy to get recruits.
mile: Sutton
3k: Sutton
5k: Parsons
Ship men dominate in team as per the usual..yawn
Word is that Ben Robinson sucks. Bart ekle is likely to out-kick him.
So today we've got the DMR, 5000m, and 4x800 on the distance side...who ya got? I've got Monroe V Parsons in the 5k, Ship in the 4x800 doing as little as possible, and IUP running away with the DMR. Tell me I'm wrong.
Yea I will thanks
McGinley for the win
McGinley with the big move. Hell yes. Ship DMR winning. Great. Just great.
IUP with 15 points in the 5k! Who saw that coming?! Certainly not those of you that made predictions... Hampel 3, Beaudette 4, Ofman 5

I stand very very corrected...
Most annoying guy in the 5k???
I saw Steve Maine getting aggressive and throwing elbows at the begining of the race for no reason what so ever again...

I think the new 800 conference champion might disagree with you on that last bit there.
Not sure why folks doubt MU and Rohl. Every year he brings someone along and his athletes race smart and strong. Sure they aren't a big squad but I don't think they ever try to be more then they are: a small squad focused on being good in a few events.
As you were saying?
