Per MSNBC, (the channel that every lib believes without question), the SFPD Chief stated that "there was a third person in the house that opened the door for the police..." Ah ha!!! Booom!!!!!
No more excusing away that little inconvenient fact away, LR libs. Several of you kept arguing this point with me. So take your "L" and move on.
There is a reason that normal people don't listen to NBC, and this adds to it. Unless there is some press conference that I am unaware of, that NBC talking head is just flat out wrong. He's probably just repeating what Politico reported.
The SFPD police chief never said what you typed in quotes above. I went back and listened to the two SFPD press conferences I know of, in case I missed something, and nothing about a third person being in the house or opening the door is mentioned. "the door was opened by someone inside" is what he says. Here it is -- see 0:03-0:23.
San Francisco Police Chief William Scott identified the man as David Wayne DePape. “Our officers tackled the suspect, disarmed him, and took him into custody...
So when right wingers are wrong on every conspiracy theory do they sit down, have a drink and say 'my my that was fun but I have to think more critically next time and not be a total idiot... again?'
Some do, some don't. So the question for you is, how do you react when proven wrong?
If you think you are never wrong, then a better question is, "What would it take for you to change your mind?"
So let's start with an easy one for the left. What would it take for you to believe the election was stolen and the big lie is that Trump was promoting a lie? Would a Biden admission convince you or would you just think he doesn't remember correctly?
You may reply that the similar question could be asked of the right but we all know the answer is nothing can convince them the election wasn't stolen because of circumstantial evidence and it is hard to prove a negative especially when actions were taken/reported that caused suspicion. The typical response for the election stolen crowd would be that you just didn't look hard enough yet.
1) Do Pelosi's really not have onsite human security when Nancy is not there but Paul is? This seems very odd. They are worth well over $100M.
I believe that Nancy's security is paid by the federal government, but Paul's is not. Maybe the Pelosis figure the cameras and an alarm system is enough for the house, given the low crime neighborhood. I don't see how this matters unless engaging in loose speculation and what ifs.
2) If they don't have human security how did this not trigger an alarm system that would call the police. Any high end home, especially in a high crime city has sensors on all doors and windows and glass break detection. It is impossible the Pelosi's did not have this, especially given we know they have Camera's. The only possible answer I see to this at this point is the system was not armed.
Maybe it did trigger an alarm. My understanding of home alarm systems is that the alarm goes to the private security company (like ADT), and the security company decides what to do -- e.g., go to the site, call the cops, go back to sleep, whatever. Maybe that is what happened. Or maybe Paul deactivated the alarm. I don't think we have anywhere near enough information to conclude either way, as much as some of us would like to.
3) Why did the intruder let Pelosi go to the bathroom.
Kidnappers always let their victims go to the bathroom. It's like kidnappers' code or something.
4)Why did he wait to physically attack Pelosi until the police arrived.
He may have been attacking him prior to police arrival. We don't know. Anyway, what's your theory? DelPope only got pissed off when he found out that Paul narc'ed him out? And that proves . . . ?
5)Who was the "unknown person" who let the police in?
I don't believe there is a third unknown person. What you are referring to appears to be a poorly written article by Politico that somewhat implied a third person opened the door, and then NBC and others are running with that. I can't find anywhere that the SFPD said there was a third person at the house that opened the door.
3&4 I by themselves I can explain away given the guy was mentally ill and had erratic behavior. But with the other 3 questions there is just too many open questions here and frankly in San Fran I do not trust the authorities not to lie or change the reported events to protect the Pelosi's.
Yeah, that's always the fall back for stuff people don't like or can't prove -- some cover-up conspiracy. You conspiratorial-minded types don't seem to grasp how enormously difficult even a small conspiracy is. If you want to cover up details of a very public crime and arrest, you need dozens of people, including cops, to (1) be told of the conjured conspiracy and all its details and then (2) have them decide within a very short period of time to engage in that criminal felony, (3) completely trusting all their fellow co-conspirators, and (4) not a single one of them ever slipping up, forgetting something, confessing or simply deciding not to go along with it. You also need to (5) tamper with and fabricate dozens of paper and electronic files to make them consistent with the widespread information that can't be altered. Everything has to jive and every conspirator has to perform perfectly in perpetuity. It's nearly impossible to pull these things off for even small matters. Very few people put their freedom at such high risk over things like this.
I think it's very clear what is needed at this point is security footage, and or police body cam footage. If we could at least get security camera footage of the guy breaking into the house I think would pretty much end the speculation on if this is really an intruder and I'd be willing to except the Pelosi's story other than this being caused by far right extremism.
I agree security cam and police cam videos would provide great information. (Unless a half dozen cops and computer geeks are in the SFPD IT room photoshopping and editing it all as we speak).
Given the suspects past and history of leftism anyone being honest has to admit this is guy is mentally ill and politics in not the driver.
Looks like he has a history of rightism too, if all the reports of what he was blogging about recently are correct. All that stuff takes a long time for investigators to piece together.
Given the [suspect's] past and history of leftism anyone being honest has to admit this is guy is mentally ill and politics [is] not the driver.
It's perfectly possible that the guy is a nutjob AND that his current politics, acquired because of his nutjob-ness, was the "driver."
A hisory of leftism is genuinely irrelevant to where the guy's politics have been in recent months. President Trump, and the millions of people who voted for him after having voted for President Obama previously, could be said to have had "histories of leftism"--yet I doubt that we'd say most of them are current lefties.
If the crazy guy radically changed his leanings in the last few months maybe as a crazy guy, he felt he had been deceived all along and wanted revenge.
DePape's mugshot-- he's under arrest by the San Francisco police and soon to be indicted, yes? Does he have a lawyer yet?
Yes, he was arrested this weekend and booked at 1:27pm on 10/28 on various charges. You can find them at the San Francisco Sherriff's Office website using the inmate locator search function. Yes, he is charged, 8 counts. Formal arraignment on Monday. Yes, he has a lawyer. Most likely a public defender.
Why are these most basic details of the case not being reported, or questions asked?
They are being reported. They aren't continuously reported because they are basic details that no one, except you apparently, is interested in asking about at this point, and the answers are easy to find online.
I'm not, in this case, suggesting a "conspiracy" but treat. it like a CRIME-- of some kind-- and not, as the histrionic ersatz left has it, a ridiculous "assassination attempt."
You sure? You sure you aren't suggesting a conspiracy? It looks like you are with the silly questions above asked in what seems to be rhetorical form.
I'll play this game...
So why are selective details of DePape being leaked-- and assumed "true": zip ties, duct tape, QA non, drug addict...
And there's not one leak about Pelosi's security system or like hey, I know this is going to sound crazy but...
No statement even to JUST. WAIT. DePape has a lawyer, as I everyone's right, and he will speak in court on _______ [whatever day he's formally arraigned].
ALSO-- if DePape is a "drug addict"-- I'm not saying he is or isn't; whatever his story, he seems a troubled person-- is he now withdrawing from that addiction in jail?
If Paul Pelosi weren't a DUI drunk-- plead guilty, remember, with slap on wrist after-- there might be fewer questions about the veracity of this story.
Finally, on the chance there is no video of a break in, how is DePape a "drug addict" QA-non crazy person AND also able to get into the Pelosi house like GHOST DOG?
you guys are connecting the dots. Unfortunately, the wrong dots.
But don't worry. You can add this one to Pizzagate, Q, 9-11 trutherism, birtherism, election denying, 'hillary is dying' and Benghazi!!!! You defiinitely have more fun than the democrats.

Zip ties and duct tape - Not sure why leaked by police.
QAnon - Not leaked by police. Discovered and reported by media.
Drug addict - Not leaked by police. Discovered and reported by media.
And there's not one leak about Pelosi's security system or like hey, I know this is going to sound crazy but...
One reason the security system video has not be leaked could be that it would require a bigger leak than, e.g., a phone call about zip ties. To leak security system video, you need to do more overt and observable acts which results in more risk to the leaker. Another reason could be that the SFPD hasn't received, reviewed and/or analyzed all the video yet (its only been 48 hours), so the leaker doesn't have access to it. Yet another reason could be that the SFPD tries to stop all the leaks it can while an investigation is going on. That's my personal guess as to why no leak of the security system video. Yet another reason could be what you are suggesting, and the SFPD is in the midst of a massive, felonious cover up with the Pelosis and the FBI. I find that latter possible reason unlikely.
No statement even to JUST. WAIT. DePape has a lawyer, as I everyone's right, and he will speak in court on _______ [whatever day he's formally arraigned].
Not sure what you are getting at, but it's unlikely DelPope will speak in court on Monday, other than to say "Yes" to a few questions by the judge as to whether he understands charges, etc.
The SFPD has no control over what he says, and SFPD provides whatever limited periodic updates it feels it has to provide, like all police departments do in these situations.
ALSO-- if DePape is a "drug addict"-- I'm not saying he is or isn't; whatever his story, he seems a troubled person-- is he now withdrawing from that addiction in jail?
If he's withdrawing, he's withdrawing in jail or in a hospital. If he's withdrawing bad enough, he will be provided an emesis basin to puke in. If he pukes on the county jail floor, he will be required to mop it up.
If Paul Pelosi weren't a DUI drunk-- plead guilty, remember, with slap on wrist after-- there might be fewer questions about the veracity of this story.
Police are experienced with drunks and convicts. They know how to corroborate stories from people who lack veracity, and how much weight to place on drunken statements.
Pelosi did not get slap on the wrist for DUI. Five days in jail, $5000, 3 years probe, anti-booze classes, 1 year license suspended, whiskey plates, certified urine, snot sample, booze deactivated ignition device. Judge hit him hard because he's a public figure.
Finally, on the chance there is no video of a break in, how is DePape a "drug addict" QA-non crazy person AND also able to get into the Pelosi house like GHOST DOG?
DelPope was either allowed into the house, or he broke into the house. I'm not aware of any other options than those two that doesn't require a religious or supernatural belief as to his ingress.
Per MSNBC, (the channel that every lib believes without question), the SFPD Chief stated that "there was a third person in the house that opened the door for the police..." Ah ha!!! Booom!!!!!

i don't understand the 3rd person in the house having any meaning at all - wouldn't we all expect that people of the pelosi's wealth, stature, and station would have live-in help at all times in a house of that size?? i just don't see it providing any additional information - it just confirms the absurdity of the "story" being engineered. was just another night with fairly typical shenanigans that the live-ins need pay no never mind to at all. no break in, no alarm, nothing unusual - just paul being paul - coming home late with another "friend" half his age - until all the shouting broke out downstairs about something or other. police knock, the live-ins answer - the story engineers get to work...

Maybe learn how and when to use apostrophes ( apostrophe's to you)
When you hear Trumpers saying "where is the camera footage?. then I will believe". Don't believe them for a minute.
Trumpers have thousands of videos and security footage of Jan 6 with guys screaming for Trump and literally wearing red Trump caps and they still hold fast to their conspiracies that it was a staged event by the left or the FBI or Antifa.
Pelosi Statement after Republican Scalise shooting:
“This morning, the U.S. Congress suffered a despicable and cowardly attack. My thoughts and prayers are with Whip Steve Scalise and the others wounded, Capitol Police and staff, and their families. “We are profoundly grateful for the heroism of the Capitol Police, whose bravery under fire undoubtedly saved countless lives. On days like today, there are no Democrats or Republicans, only Americans united in our hopes and prayers for the wounded.”
Trump Statement after Pelosi Assault:
"The Witch Hunt continues, and after 6 years and millions of pages of documents, they've got nothing. If I had what Hunter and Joe had, it would be the Electric Chair. Our Country is Rigged, Crooked, and Evil - We must bring it back, and FAST. Next stop, Communism!"

After the Scalise shooting the media mobilized in lockstep to depoliticize an obvious political attack.
The corrupt FBI categorized it as "suicide by cop".
