Everyone thought that Koch's and Kratochvilova's performances were so out there, when in reality most women's 400m times in recent years have not been up to a reasonable standard - with a few good exceptions of course. In the 48's should be a rather common top time at World and Olympic Championships.
It's rather ironic, that people who accuse performances of being drug related, are in fact seriously damaging their own mentalities.

No one has been near those E German times for years. Like Flojo's records. There's good reason for that. Naser's run reminds me of Dibaba taking out a doped Chinese 1500 record.
As expected, it didn't take long for someone to prove my point!
If she's glowing hot, how come she's still red hot? Steroids should make her look like a man.

Not much of a fan if you're asking this question. Anyone want to break it to this guy?
Dont even bother....

You had no point and proof is beyond you.
Defending World Champ Phyllis Francis ran a PR of 49.61nand only got fifth.
Money is no object so, yes, they air conditioned an open-air stadium with giant AC and fans that brought the track temps down to the 80s or so, rather than the 100+ outside the stadium results.

Definitely because of XY DSD

She was a child prodigy who made her first WC final aged 19 and has progressed evenly as a senior.
Naser's also a child prodigy, but her jumps in progress have been a bit too mighty for me.
When it comes to comparing progress, Naser 400m PB development from age 16 to 21 courtesy of the IAAF:
52.74
51.39
50.88
49.88
49.08
48.14
Seems extremely even to me. She also made the semifinals aged 18 and won a WC silver at 19, so even more impressive than Miller-Uibo.
There's other reasons to suspect Naser (coach, other athletes!) but the child prodigy argument is the one reason in her favour. OTOH Marion Jones was a prodigy at 15, so an early breakthrough really is no reason to believe that either of the two 48 second runners from yesterday are clean.
She still has the gold medal, and the race itself was great.
shes on steroids.her body shape, and round capped shoulders, and raised traps muscles tells me she is.plus shes growing an adams apple, has acne on her body and her jaw is widening.her face is just starting to get the sunken hardened look.miller-uibo is also on a drug programme.too lean for the muscularity she has,her shoulders are too wide, and she has that classic v shape of a roid user,as well as shiny skin, and a wide squat jaw.an impossible look for a woman to achieve naturally, plus shes getting a 5 oclock shadow.both women are on higher doses of drugs than marita koch was,and miller-uibo is more muscular than koch.marita never looked anything like shaunae, despite all the weight training she did.
What's happening with this new hightec steroid test the IAAF brought in
Supposedly detecting steroids much better, clearly not

I am not sure what are trying to imply based on one old photo. She looks the same in 60s and 70s . If you want to see more photos from that period search youtube for "Pierwsza Dama lekkoatletyki – reportaż o Irenie Szewińskiej" and Szewinska's early photos are between 2m30s to 3m.

Yep, the Eastern Bloc athletes were much fatter than this generation, while being able to take roids up to the roof, the knowledge about other drugs was minimal.
Uibo's shiny look is from being low body fat, but a female to look like that is at least taking fat burners. As far as I know Rocket Fuel is illegal, but this supplement was legal until around the death of the obese lineman Korey Stringer.

Or you could feed them to the birds, but they won't live very long or ever take flight again.
It only shows the standards 400m descended to in the period of 2005+.
Hopefully that was not the last chapter in the Miller-Uibo vs Nasser saga. Miller-Uibo will have to step-up or switch to 200m (or both). I hope for the first, as after 15 years of mediocre and boredom I am excited again!
Have you tried WWE wrestling? Should be enough steroids there to keep you excited.
