Rojo is jealous that he was never good enough to make it as world class runner. Not only jealous but racist as well. Rojo, give it up man. You lose. Why are you not suspicious of Paula Radcliffe? Because she's white?
You should've asked him (and should still ask him now) to explain *exactly* how his son, in the unique position he's in, could possibly manage to f*** this up THREE times in less than a year --knowing exactly what he's risking, how that would be perceived, and what the consequences could be.
Let's hear it. (This should be entertaining.)
While passing drug tests does not prove innocence because many athletes and their agents and doctors have found ways to test negative during doping regimens, Seth Coleman nailed rojo dead to rights for the suggestion that Christian Coleman should be drug tested every day. That would be unhealthy and would prove nothing because for athletes already being tested two to three times per month, the question is about the capacity to catch doping in any individual test, not about whether it is 2-3/month or 30/month. Where Seth is wrong is in saying that it is not a technicality but a rule. Those are the same things. The spirit of the rule was violated here because he missed three tests in a year and was lucky that the tester hadn't arrived a minute earlier or his lawyers would have had to try another strategy to exculpate him.

Lolz.
+1
Misunderstanding, kissed someone, didn't hear doorbell?
Nominee for most entertaining post of the year. It ticks all the boxes:
- Parent of athlete getting righteous.
- angry shots fired at jo bros
- Lance Armstrong style (I've been tested so much but never failed a test) arguments
- a claim that this somehow wasnt getting off on a technicality.
All around, funny enough to make my past five minutes.
I'm guessing that Christian Coleman's reluctance to speak to letsrun will resume.
Take Coleman to the cooler.

+1 nomination. This is amazing.

While this is true, the whole story is sickening. We should dismantle the incompetent USADA, and the enablers AIU + IAAF + WADA, and ban Coleman for the normal two years for missing three tests within less than 12 months.
Justin Gatlin's dad also pops up on social media to defend his doper cheater son - we just have to give a pass to family members. Just nod, smile and walk on. They are biased and their reaction means nothing.

Right, and Gatlin and Coleman are buddies, and trained by the good old drug cheat coaches...
But wait, isn't Drummond still banned?
Bravo Rojo.
If my father came out to defend me I'd take it with a grain of salt too. First off, never trust the review of the person selling the product. In this case Seth is selling his son. Two he said he's say it to your face - an invite to the podcast would be as close as he'd get - but he turned it down. Doesn't want to go on real public record.
In the days of Trump I'd expect everyone to yell their viewpoints and threaten to make it sound true - many people will by that. But Seth offers nothing to clear his son. I don't even know why he even posted. I'm even more suspicious of the person with the bullhorn.
The sport needs to be clean, and we need role-models, not half-assed legal excuses built on technicalities.
Yeeewww. The fact that the father feels like he needs to defend himself on this cess pool board says something about him. You won the court side of it. Who gives a s**t what us nerds think?
Congrats to Letsrun for being controversial. That's a legit form of relevancy, to many,
It appears RoJo's suggestion for daily testing was made with his "serious-face".
Whatever your take on whether Coleman benefited from PED use, I'm with Pops on this... it's just hard to take that seriously.
Drug testing is all about RACISM, politics, and promoting drug use by Big Pharma.
The same for the type of drug reporting that's done on this web site, which carries those tenets to extreme.
Fron CNN
Callum Skinner -- a 2016 Olympic cycling gold medalist -- thinks changes need to be made to the system, citing Coleman's contention that, "I'm not a guy who takes any supplements at all, so I'm never concerned about taking drug tests."
"If only he applied such a principled stance to making himself available for testing.
That's it , the guy is strait up clowning the testing organizations( not that it appears that they don't want to be clowned) . He didn't learn to do that so fast without help. It makes him guilty as can be in my court of public appeal.

I pray to God this is sarcasm.

Yeah, I feel you with that.
"and an idiot."
OK now that is just way too much. Totally unwarranted. The man has a family.
I thought someone was trolling with the original post. Oops.
I actually agree with Seth Coleman on a lot of fronts here. USADA dropped the ball big time by sanctioning someone that under their own rules did not commit a sanction-worthy violation. Sure they are likely to change the rules now, but the fact of the matter is Christian Coleman has stayed within the rules.
As for testing everyday. It's not feasible, but I wish for the sake of athletes they could somehow without it being obtrusive.
Back in the day the drunks in the Navy had to take something that would cause them to get really sick if they drank alcohol.
Sometimes when I am thinking about all the dopers I wish they had something that truly made them glow if they doped.
No scholarship limits anymore! (NCAA Track and Field inequality is going to get way worse, right?)
