WOW. She is in 2:19 shape for a Berlin course.

Me too. GREAT JOB by both her and GR!!!! We should be proud, extremely proud! The 1/2 way mark was off--JH went through 13.109375 in around 1:09:15 not 1:08:50. So she runs 1:09:15/1:11:48. Great given that she hung with the leaders so long and did not crater.

Wait a minute! I thought she was from Iran and lived in Los Angeles? I saw her Dad the other day and he is definitely Iranian. Anyway, Jordan runs 2:20:57 for third.
nice call

This is what Letsrun.com said their write up.
"we think Hasay faces stiff odds at topping what she did at Boston"
" So history says Hasay faces a tough task in topping her Boston performance on Sunday, she may never do better in her entire career"
I think they need to do their homework prior and not make fools of themselves with column like this prior.
Her training was off the charts prior, they just didn't take the time to factor this in or do the research. Its was all assumptive BS.

i think the way the race played out she HAD to go out with the front pack if she wanted to be in the hunt for a medal.
