Wow Paula R just dinged MO. She said something along the lines of MO is moving to the roads and marathons and hes going to have a hard time being the top Brit is Hawkins keeps running like this.
heath died

But Hawkins is a marathoner?
Korir briefly takes the lead

This is Mo without doping. Just another scrub. He'll get on the juice in time to peak for worlds don't worry.
Spot on. Elite, but by no means the superman that extraneous means allows him to be. At 25, he couldn't make the Olympic final. At 33, he is mid pack in a xc race with other elites- about par and what should be expected. 3:28 for 1500m and 4 Oly golds in the interim is not.
Korir just gets it, Hawkins cracked when he first got past.
Great race.
nice run by the kenyans!
kingof x country
WHAT A FINISH. It's official. We should get rid of the 10k on the track and run an xc course liek that with a hill near the finish. Makes it so much more interesting.
Hawkins had almost broken him - probably led by at least 10 meters - Chelimo came back got ahead, hawkins rallied retook the lead but Chelimo won.
Man, what a race. Great finish. XC is really fun to watch, wish there was more of it throughout the year
well to answer the big question, yes heath could beat mo again, unfortunately it wasn't near good enough. Great run for korir, but man I am impressed with Hawkins.

I know all the Kenyans look the same, but it was Korir.
Wow. That was one of the most exciting races I've watched in a long time.
1) Cool venue- check
2) Fans- check
3) Drama-check
Poor Hawkins. Led just about every step except for the one that counts.
F - S. Cram!
"...the Kenyan...I mean American...."
You're right. Mo is the only person doping, which is how he went from an also ran to unbeatable. It's a shame that literally no one else had that idea.
Do you idiots not understand the problems with this logic???
Korir won
