Looks to me like a fourteen minute race. I got bored 46 seconds into your video. That's when you should be done with your 400.
That being said, if you were flabby and over three bills I'd be all about watching your 65 second 400.
smith listed at 216lbs...
almost 6'5..
If i was 6'5 i would be anywhere from 232-245lbs. 216lbs is pencil neck size for that height...
dave steen... weight 176lbs...
I'm surprised you were able to look up every person on Earth and get their 400m/weight time in just a few months.
That's more like a lifetime quest for a scientist and much more impressive than your athletic feats.
How did you do that?
Seriously. What the hell is that?Or wrote:

Mike Smith:

this says 225 lbs.
You seem oddly proud of being short.
As I already explained, Michael Bates is only 5 foot 10. He'd have had to weigh less than 190 as a college RB, which he played for two years including the years he ran the 400, to be in a lower height/weight class than you. If he had the build to weigh 215 in the NFL, no way was he that light in college.
I've done extensive research and I've come to the conclusion that the OP holds the world record for SLOWEST 400m for a runner that is 6 ft tall and weighs 210 lbs.
No one in this thread has found any time slower than 53 seconds for a 6 ft tall 210 lb guy.
You say there is someone who runs slower at that height and weight? Show me the video. You don't have it, do you?
You don't know what you're talking about. All the guys mentioned in the thread run 4 to 7 seconds faster than the OP.
Every professional and olympic runner runs under like 47 seconds. Not even close.
Even the decathletes are all a lot faster. A lot.
There is no other conclusion that the OP holds the WORLD RECORD for the slowest 400m for someone who is 6 ft and 210 or 214 lbs.
yet again someone who is taking a football weight of 215 and trying to say they ran the 400 in it.... even if they were at 195lbs in the 400 it doesnt matter.. 195 is 195.. .. thats 19lbs lighter.
195lbs is easy to run at.... each pound lighter makes a difference.. 5, 10, 12, 15lbs might not sound like alot but it is....
I think the point has been proven.. While everyone struggles to find someone that weighed more at 6'0 or below...
The point is that running a 400 meter dash at this weight is tough... So tough that it was my fastest time since 1999..
And are you all forgetting that i only train literally 2 DAYS A WEEK.
How many track athletes do you know that run only 2 days a week while in peak season?
Prob none.
What do you think i would be capable of if i trained 6 days or 7 days a week like most track athletes?
I lift and run track workouts on 2 days out of the week, and the rest of the week, i do nothing.. No jogging.... nothing..
These track workouts are even taking away from my power at the gym.. If i focused just on the gym i would be bigger and stronger...
Here i am squatting 500 lbs for 3 reps near parallel AFTER A TOUGH workout at the track..
Its funny how my workouts are all designed by me and i can maintain this speed and power on only 2 days a week..
Must mean that my IQ level is through the roof when it comes to track workouts and lifting at the same time...
I do half the work of most people but somehow i manage to look this hot... all naturally.
Oh ok hows that possible when they heaviest 400 meter in the world last year was only 182?
And any decathlete that comes close to 210 is over 6'5 tall?
And not to mention thats just the heavier ones...
The average decathlete weighs around 185-190
So yet again nobody has found anyone close to my height and weight.
Its funny how nobody here can come up with anyone 6'0 or below that weighed 214lbs or more..
You might want to search back to 1700.. I dont think searching back to 1890 is going to do it..
and everyone here keeps comparing me to people that are 6'4 or 6'5...
There is no comparison to those heights.
Yeah everyone is sure coming up with hundreds upon hundreds of track athletes that are 6'0 or below and over 214lbs that run the 400 as their main event...
Lets go cant anyone find anyone?
You all are having a diffulcult time finding proffessionals to compare to me an amateur who just runs for fun on TWO DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK.......
Thats what is funny.
and on a side note i just thought about something...
I miscalculated something..since im around 230 in the winter... THen if i were 6'5 i would be as heavy as 265-270 in the winter... Then i would get down to 245-250 for track.... so in reality even 225lbs at 6'5 is skinny...and 216lbs at 6'5 is even worse.

Exactly right. You have proved it. You are the slowest 400m runner any of us have ever heard of.
Find someone slower. You can't.
You are the world record holder for the slowest 400m for a runner your size.
Congratulations.
Your mom looks like she's put up with this bullshit since you were born. The guy with the camera hates you. You wear a onesy. If you are mentally retarded then I will cut you some slack.
Hey, guess what? I set a world record for the Olympic low jump - an event that spans all weight and height classes. Where's my medal? The best part is that I looked incredibly hot while my mom and pop video taped the whole thing.
I'm laughing at you right now because you'll never find any data to refute my world record. Keep searching for professional athletes to compare to me. You won't find any; I'm just that good. Oh, and I'm really hot.
Nick Chubb of Georgia was 5'11" 230 lbs during track season in high school when he ran 10.69 for 100m and 21.83 for 200. You think he could run 400m in under 54?
I'm sure there's some reason he doesn't count either.
btw, he also putt the shot 55 feet.
I hold the world record for the 1 meter dash.
