The only amazing thing is the ignorance of drug centric Americans.

igf-1 r3 + hematide + resveratrol
it's going to be a big year..
Tremendous run by Dibaba. Arguably the greatest 1500m ever run.
oldie feel free to email me
weldonjohnson@letsrun.comabout igf-1 r3 + hematide + resveratrol. I have no idea what those are.

err...
he ran 3'33.6pb in '96 at 34y !!!
quite clearly he was a much faster guy in his '88 shape with 3'50.9iwr, but still managed 3'33.6pb over 8y later !!!
many expected him to be a contender for gold in '88 off that 3'50i, but again, same as coghlan, he had little confidence running 1500 against expected cram/aouita/abdi, maybe even finished-coe/some kenyan, in '88

Dibaba
Makhloufi
Souleiman
Kaki
Balla
Very suspect indeed.

Weldon, I didn't know what any these drugs were until I
started posting here again in August.
If all these talented women went on GW-50, AICAR, igf-l r3,
and hematide, they would all be running 3:55.
If you can run a WR, take a 20 second rest and run an
accelerated warmdown lap without breathing hard, the sport
is long gone.

Weldon, this should answer your questions:
http://www.somatropin.cn/hgh-igf1http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peginesatidehttp://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/resveratrol-supplementsIs the response from the crowd inside the facility typical for Germany....rhythmic clapping? Had that been in a US facility the crowd would have been on it's collective feet screaming. It was pretty strange.

not even bucket loads of that crap woud drop your 4'00i to 3'55i off sh!t pace
you woud need a coupla pints+ of re-transfusion ( + ethacrynic acid cover for hypervolaemia ) just prior to race to drop something like this
no
the key to her improvement is that she has joined a camp which, unlike the kenyans, seems to have a well-used weight's room
i have no idea how tall she is, but her thighs now look power-packed, meaning she is squatting/leg-pressing some serious loads & often
this has always been the key to 800/1500 running - lotta weights, especially squats/presses/curls/raises/etc
if asbel took hint he woud be running
~ 1'41-low / 3'24-high/3'25-flat
Too juiced to lose?
She looked so strong, even after the race. I hope she's clean.
BTW, the all-sthletics.com list of top times linked from the LRC news article page is missing 2 under Dibaba's which my favorite list site has:

Couple things I wanted to comment on

as for rupp, his outdoor season last year was a disaster, almost certainly carrying some undisclosed injury
From Flotrack video AlSal stated he let Rupp's mileage drop too much in the summer and thus as you say he was not in same shape as when he ran 3:50i/7:30i. Maybe injury played a part in that, but indeed AlSal has confirmed Rupp's fitness wasn't quite there last summer.

caleb has run 3'29.5/13'03 last year, capable of 7'28 from calculator & he already has a 7'30pb outdoors
this is not time to be weak as heavy training shouda been already done
plain fact is, indoors is much slower than outdoors, maybe 5s slower for 3k
Ndiku also ran 7:31.66i last year to finish second behind Rupp, so his fitness is definitely not where it was last year.
Unless these guys can bring it around quick Rupp might have easy run of it at world indoors.
I'll just leave it at people have run some darn nice indoor races this year, well Rupp and Dibaba anyway. I'm excited to see if they can be equally is good in the summer and really unleash some awesome performances.
If they bring same fitness and we can get some well paced races (a big if) I'll be looking forward to seeing some awesome times.
Umm, considering how much richer our companies like Nike are, do you really think the Ethiopians and kenyans get this drug while we don't? I'm saying this in order to suggest that she is NOT using drugs. Why aren't those drugs helping the Americans?
The old guy in the pink shirt at 2:36 in the video looks pissed off at having to do the lame rah rah stuff.
she is very hot just like her sister. They look like twins.

The difference is in testing. The Ethiopians, Kenyans, and Jamaicans can go longer periods without being tested, and therefore can take higher quantities of PEDs.
"not even bucket loads of that crap woud drop your 4'00i to 3'55i off sh!t pace"
The drugs improve aerobic fitness. You can handle a faster
pace off the slow 2:09.
Just read all the testimonials on the net for GW-50 and AICAR.
And the IGF doubles the muscle cells after heavy squats.

name 1 elite who has run faster indoors than out in last 30y from 800 & up

Geb has an indoor PB over 1500 that's about two seconds faster than his outdoor time.
How could you be such a moron?
Ventolin, stop moving the goal posts. You asked me to name 1 athlete who has a faster indoor pb than outdoor, and I named 2. Then you dismiss them for a variety of reasons, because you are a fool.
Coghlan ran his indoor 3:49 in 1983, so that is just over 30 years ago. He had a long and illustrious career and plenty of opportunities in non Coe or Ovett races to run as fast outdoors. He didn't.
Same for Rupp. The fact is he hasn't yet run faster over a mile outdoors compared to indoors. Possible reasons for not doing so are irrelevant and cannot be measured in any case.

that is one fit chick... she's probably been logging some monstrous mileage and track work at altitude and then was able to race on a beautiful track.
I didn't get her at 2:09 for 800m, but she did cross at 2:55 with 400m to go.. many of you have the wrong splits. She was running 31-32s from the gun.
First 200 was 31 mid, 600 reached 1:35.2, 800 was not shown on the footage I have, but she hit 1k at 2:40.xx. That is consistent with 2:09 800.
