if you believe everyone is cheating why do you bother with the sport - I dont believe everyone cheats - I just believe certain countries do it a hell of a lot more - Kenya Russia Turkey Morocco with US/Jamaica having their fair share (mainly uncaught)
ya brits don cheat right buddy
you know people do follow T&F and cycnical at the same time like
if you know what goes on like in pro sport........
I choose to continue running just because I love running. I train hard to run my best but know that I am not going to get a medal or any money, I do it for fun. Ive ran 10.4 and 20.9 clean this year just missing qualifying times for Nationals. Its very hard to run 10.1 seconds clean no drugs no supplements. My goal is to maybe get in some of the small international meets where a 10.3 can get you in. Guys do run clean but they also do not make any money and thats where you have to come with the decision to take steroids and get the fast time or continue to run and not make any money. Guys I train with are juiced to the gills and only run 10.1 and STILL have no contract. Just a waste of time to me especially with Bolt taking all the money now its better to wait until he retires unless you have the talent, drugs and medical doctors in place to dethrone him haha

Notice how Bolt said he's done after 30. WONDER WHY? Guess all those hard years of training will be just too much to continue on.
That means nothing. Mick Jagger once said "I’d Rather Be Dead than Sing Satisfaction When I’m 45".

Well, if he wins gold at three successive Olympic Games, holds the WR, is the richest runner that ever lived, and still has the Swedish waterpolo team on speed-dial, then why bother carrying on?

The explanation from Bolts handlers was that some Jamaican streets don't have streets signs of official names and that why the testers could not locate him. When people in the neighborhood were where is his house everyone said they didn't know..this is true story. - Can you imagine a multimillionaire living on an unnamed street and the neighbors don't know his house?
Can you imagine that perhaps some fraction of the testers are a bit lazy and less than 100% effective at sorting out confusion like this? Can you imagine an occasional tester getting lost and not bothering to ask for directions?
To be fair, some streets in Jamaica don't have street signs and in some areas people will not direct a strange person to your house. Also, I think each time Bolt was ultimately located within the 24 hour window as was tested. I will also add that I and no one else I know have absolutely no knowledge of Bolt doping. I simply thought that was an interesting story, but what I will say is that I am very suspicious of some of the females like Walkers and SAFP who made more incredible improvements than FloJo, yet everyone assumes she was dirty.
some inside info...some people are thinking VCB ?!?! :( would be terrible
what about Vonette Dixon?
My faith in humanity will be a bit shattered if SAFP ever tested positive... fantastic role model for girls in Jamaica and everywhere else for that matter. One of my favorite tracksters.
Tyson Gay must be doping because he can compete with Bolt.
Bolt must be doping because he is really fast.
Bolt will never be busted because he is a star.
If anyone is ever busted, it's just part of the cover-up.
Congratulations, you've set up a series of expectations and assumptions that treat any and all events as evidence in favor of your theory. It's clever.
It isn't particularly rational.

No one who isn't doping can compete at the highest level with those who are doping. It follows, therefore, that: (1) all of the top competitors are doping, or (2) none of them are.
Choose only one.
Personally, I go with the option that seems by far the more plausible, but I suppose (reasonable?) people can disagree.

Why? Either they all MUST be doping or all MUST be clean? On what basis?
This is just one more assumption that appears to be very logical but ends up being circular.

You do realise she has tested positive for a banned substance. However most of everybody accepts that it was a genuine mistake and that there was no PED or masking involvement with genuine and convincing accidental circumstances.
IF she knew she was on something even a diuertic why would you even risk running in that meet when you knew iaaf testers were flying in? She should have dropped out like everyone else did lol. I knew funny was up about that meet
uhhhhh....

You can dispute the premise, but the logic is unassailable. Once/if you accept the premise, the conclusion follows ontologically, as it were. There is nothing "circular" about it.
But let me spell it out for you in concrete terms: this "sport" you follow is a fraud, on the same order as professional cycling. You may choose not to be believe that, but it is true nonetheless. Sorry.

Any athlete contorted with effort looks very muscly. I think it's fair to say this news has genuinely caught people out by surprise.
So obvious a juicer not even funny. I will try and look up who she possibly robbed of medals at majors(I don't count other drug cheats).
