prior to his second comeback, when he was old and injured, jordan's numbers were even more superior to bryant's, with something like a 51 percent fg, and bryant is only just about to hit his old age downside. bryant has always been a low percentage fg shooter not because of his lesser talent, but because of his poor shot selection. he seems to think that it helps his team for him to shoot off balance 23 footers. james is superior to bryant in every aspect of the game and now that he has two teammates who could actually start for one of those great celtic, laker, sixer, or bulls teams, he will start getting the championships. but the first year will be the toughest, because it takes nba teams that have made a lot of changes a year or two to play well together.
Jordan hit his stride in his later years. I gotta different take on Kobe. He's getting older and mature. He's downplaying his crazy arrogant ways of his younger years. I am a Laker and Kobe fan. The I'm the man I'm going to take on five guys look. Look at his eyes on the court today compare then to 3 years ago. It's like he's another person after the rape charge. He's mellow a lot.
