I have took off 3 months and this heal pain won't go away. I have read over some older threads that have been helpful. How do I know if it's torn? Has anyone ran through PF? I am so confused by this injury.

Try Voxx inserts. They have helped me, but I also think that the other stuff on this thread are necessary.
It is possible to reduce the problem though.

I've run through it but I didn't have it in my heal, I had it in my heel. When you learn how to spell, and learn English grammar I'll tell you how to make it go away.[/quote]
You’re mean. This fellow is suffering and has a legitimate question.
I tried different footwear for plantar fasciitis and I bought different special insoles. But it did not give due effect. I was upset and I thought any more never I will be able to run and play sports. I began to look for any help for plantar fasciitis pain. I tried plantar fasciitis treatment. And I could not live with this pain any more. I am very glad, friends advised jeremy roberts plantar fasciitis book. There is good practical advices. It helps even at severe plantar fasciitis.
