Wejo--AWESOME RUN!!!!!!!!!! Truly an inspiration.
Sorry to be negative but check out the lame head line by USATF.
"Culpepper wins hot 100 at USA Outdoors presented by Verizon."
Boy is the 100 meter usa team going to suck this year.
Congradulations Culpepper anyways.
Great job!!!!!!! Keep it up!
Cheers
Alan will try for the double tonight and the chances are good he does it. He feels good and would love to be the first do it since Shorter.

Congrats WEJO;
To do what you did without a logo other than letsrun.com on your top is inspiring for all of us "common folk".
"Be the hammer not the nail!
EXCELLENT RUN, WEJO. GO TO SANTO DOMINGO AND KICK SOME ASS AND HAVE SOME FUN.
Get yourself a cuppa brown-sugar down there while you are at it. Sounds like you need it!!!
Jason
Look who is so quick to jump on the Wejo bandwagon
FUCK YOU JASON!!!!!!!!
Well done Wejo. When I'm doing my long run this weekend I'll be thinking about your description of the race.
Cheers.
I for one like Jason's enthusiasm regardless - Passion though a bad regulator is a powerful spring - Emerson I think - anyway, congrats to Wejo I was psyched to see you up there after struggling lately. Best of luck for the rest of the summer.

Props to Wejo on the 28:06. Tough break getting 4th, but it's next year that really matters. Also, good job by Culpepper for the win, hope he does well at Worlds.
Interestingly, the whole top three ran their debut marathons last year, with Culpepper (2:09:41 at Chicago) and Browne (2:11:35 at Twin Cities) getting A marathon standards and Meb getting close to it (2:12:35 at NYC). Any word yet as to whether these guys are planning on the marathon or the 10,000 in Athens? I know none of them are in the marathon for Paris.
Congrats... I read your website in Ethiopia...
I hope u get a chance to fulfill your dreams. Thanks for the Pictures...
pretty sure E. torres can continue runnning now!
Big f***ing props, weldon!!!!!!!!!!!
calling it right now.........j. torres saw what happened in 10k and will make culp and meb pay tomm.
goes 13:18.6 for the win!!!!!!!!
First of all - I thought it was f***ing suicide when Weldon was up with Culpepper etc. He hung in there. I don't think he ever faded below 6th the entire race. Made some beautiful moves in the last 2 laps to catch Abdi. BALLS TO THE WALL.
Godfather,
you are the shit...for shizzle.
You da man.
I have to admit i didnt have much hope for you, but should have known that you have a nack for running out of your gourd when it matters. That was f***ing amazing.
Peace
Fuckin' A Weldon Johnson!
Fucking right! I was shouting the piss outta my lungs for ya! Fuck Nike, Aiddas, new balance, and all the other sponsors. Letsrun is where its @!!!!!!!!!!
oh yea, f*** flagpole too.
I get your point...to a point. Culpepper has passed up on some World XC trips, but when was the last track Olympic/Worlds trip he skipped after qualifying?
I'm really a little sick of the criticism of Culpepper. I realize that this is Weldon's site and that he deserves every bit of congrats and excitement thrown his way. Wejo ran an INCREDIBLE comeback race for 4th in a PR. Culpepper won the f***er! He beat Meb, again! That's a story. Meb's been waxing his ass in the 10K for a few years now. I expect big things from Culpepper @ Worlds & elsewhere this summer/fall (& the 2004 Olympic year), and big things from the whole 10K Worlds squad.
So Culpepper doesn't race much, when he runs a race that counts he's been ready (with a few exceptions due to injury/illness). Great job Alan!
