There is nothing strange about it. She hasn't run the event in 2 years. Do you expect her to be where she left off? Come on man...
You clearly don't understand the 400H at all.
When hurdlers practice for the 400H, they practice a certain stride pattern. They don't practice 14 steps and then do 15 steps in a race, because that makes no sense. It also makes no sense to practice 15 steps up to the Olympic Trials and then do 14 steps at the Olympic Trials.
And it takes a while to get the 14 steps correct, which means you can't wait until the last minute to be practicing and racing 14 steps. And it's very unlikely that she switched permanently to 15 steps, because doing 15 steps would hurt her chances of beating Bol.
Like I said, a strange way for her to race today.
Just rewatch her 2nd hurdle. She wanted to 14 stride but dribbled and ended up jumping with the other leg, and you can't just innovate a 14 stride race on alternate legs on the fly. So she raced it out safe with 15 stride and a solid pace.
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honour one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervour, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

Thanks for the Bible Lesson.
Pure Hate is a racist dog whistle lyric.
Were you going to share the Bible chapter and verse for Pure Hate?
Nope, there is none. You’re just a Christian Nationalist White Supremacist yelling Pure Hate and waving your Bible. Admit it.
Running an 800 on Pure Hate is a well known LRC meme going back many years. You are too young and narrow minded to appreciate any humor or subtlety in thought. You’re the intolerant one with your preoccupation with race.

Too young and narrow minded? Yeah you’re probably right. You’re the guy who says he acts 14 right?
You used to post this stupid gif of Super Saiyan from Dragon Ball Z? That guy is almost like you—full of rage and anger. Right?
THAT’S the meme you’re talking about? Your own little inside joke? Anime cartoons seriously?
You were banned for spamming the boards with that gif? Do you remember that? We do.

So what is Pure Hate, racist boy?
You moran, I’m not the one who posted the Gifs under student of Pure Hate. Here’s the original gem of a post. Unfortunately, it would have been deleted today because of idiots like you have ruined this place.
I am a junior in highschool. My previous pr in the 8 was 2:06, at the end of the season. Well it's been a year, and of course I'm planning on training hard as hell. Yet, during the race, my strategy is focusing on pure hat...
Just watched the meet and $1 million up for grabs in the mens 400h?! Why is Dos Santos, Warholm and Benjamin not showing out for that cash. That's more than 10 times what they make at a DL meet surely

They would have had to run 47.02 exactly and the odds of them doing that are astronomical. Ain't nobody got time for that clickbait.
Oh, and Tara agrees with me about it not being full, but I guess a lot of people watched on YouTube.

You clearly willfully do not understand what it means for anyone to take a hiatus away from something for 2 years and having to ease back into it. Dude relax. it is her first race after a two years absence. The rhythm of 14 steps will return.

Because her rhythm, the muscle memory is not there as yet. I am confused why people think she would pick right back up where she left off 2 years ago.

Were they invited? Coz that would have been easy money for either of them. I suspect they were not invited.
Was at the meet! Great time. The weather was perfect and all the track fanatics in the ATL were there. Some really good performances and it was exciting to see such an excited crowd. I hope this can become a regular event. And of course hearing from Edwin Moses was a highlight for this track fanatic.
