Your argument is inherently flawed: you're not comparing like with like, as those athletes didn't have the same training age as she does at her age now. Their 30 wasn't the same as her 30.
She hasn't had the years of low grade niggles, injuries, training and competing through issues, the myriad mental stressors, motivation etc.
