Jimmy is in a relationship with a girl since 2020. He met this new girl and started cheating with her for a few months in 2021.
Then the relationship between Jimmy and this side chick ended, but Jimmy still texted her and tried to continue the relationship even though she made clear she didn't want to.
He messaged her texts such as " I want to eat your a**".
The Brojos may want to check the title of this thread. English language articles are stating that he's been accused of sexual harassment - consisting of inappropriate comments.
I know that feminists are enlarging the definition of rape every day, but sexual comments do not equal rape, even in France.
Feminists are not "enlarging" what rape is. Did this hit close to home with you?
Yes they are, whether it is a good thing or not, it's just a fact that the legal definition and scope of rape laws has been expanding for decades nearly everywhere. Examples - police in the UK recently said they were treating a 'virtual sexual assault' in the Metaverse as seriously as a rape in the real world. Spain and other countries have introduced 'yes means yes' laws, in Sweden it is now rape if you forget to use a condom etc etc.
It is a little worrying that this legislative creep seems to have no end, especially when cretins like you have a suspicious need to accuse any man who questions any part of it of being a rapist themselves.
You’re wrong. And creepy! Get used to the fact that just because women have historically been underreporting sexual offenses does not prevent from that trend from changing. I see a few in your future and past

Wait a minute. Its rape in most of Western Europe if a man has sex without a condom or removes the condom WITHOUT CONSENT.
If you're struggling with the definition of rape, just remember that its WITHOUT CONSENT.
If you're having sex with a woman, remember that handy word CONSENT. Thats not drunkenness or Rohypnol consent either.
It used to be the law in the UK that women couldn't be raped by their husbands, couldn't have bank accounts in their own name, couldn't buy property without their husband's permission and couldn't vote. Yes, the law is changing, and not just with regards to rape. Its not because of "feminists". Its because of civilisation.
You sound creepy as hell. There are countries you can go to if you want to do those things, but they sure as hell don't include Sweden or the UK.
I'll add that if the definition of rape had been extended, it would include all sex without consent, which would include cheating and lying to your partner that you're single when you aren't. Because thats not really consent, morally, if you have to pretend to be single and dupe someone to get sex. Its not rape - yet.
Actually, in India it is, if theres a promise to get married in order to get sex and its a false promise.
