2:07/2:08 is very, very unlikely in Orlando in February in a race that starts at 10 a.m. But Conner Mantz should absolutely break 2:07 at some point in good conditions. He's been very consistent in the two finishes he has listed on the World Athletics page, 2:07:47 and 2:08:16, both at Chicago. He's already figured out the marathon pretty well but he'll improve. Most people continue to get better even after five or six marathons.
