We downvote your posts because they scream inanity, not because we are anti meat. You don’t understand science, data, or statistics, and fundamentally lack the capability to distinguish between what seems to be working for you and what the best recommendation for a population is.
At least you admit it is working for me. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut when a bushel is put in front of them.
I have never ever questioned or criticized that part.
are inspired by the iconic flight jackets and other clothing worn by the fighter pilots in the Top Gun movies. No matter what your age is, these outfits will always be going to make you attractive. He is absolutely right. Vegetables are a genetically novel plant form, evolutionarily, and are toxic to almost all humans with few nutrients that are bioavailable. At best, a wast of money, at worst, a harbinger of diseases such as organ failure, neurological debilitation and more.
Babies naturally reject veggies while devouring fruit and meat. They have biological wisdom that societies have expunged from adults with regard to food.
As my wife said, there's a reason why people often need to put butter on or season veggies.
Is that the reason she’s fat? She already sounds annoying. Tell her to eat a 🍆
And we put sugar on fruit, often, and salt and pepper and a hundred other things on meat.
We sometimes even put meat and vegetables together with other things into something called a recipe.
What's your point there?
Put sugar on fruit?
I was wondering too. Fruit preserve is the only thing I can think of. Fruit is meant to be enjoyed by itself. You pick out promising looking ones and then curse your luck and the store if they are insufficiently sweet, but adding sugar is heretic to the natural order of the world.
I've known people that like to put brown sugar on grapefruit. Other than that though that is how many fruit sauces are made, such as strawberry sauce for strawberry shortcake.

Putting sugar on fruit was absolutely part of the natural order of the world I grew up in. No one ever ate grapefruit without it and while you'd often eat berries without putting sugar on them you absolutely would if they were too sower.

Interesting. Grapefruit is one fruit I never ate except juiced.😀 We would sometimes eat rawer mangos and guavas with salt to offset the sour but never sugar.
re salt, IMO you can move your BP about 10-15 points up or down depending on sodium intake. just read your labels. when you get my age you will understand. we have become a little too much of a "take a pill for it" culture. and to be blunt, i do some compromises where i eat a little more sodium in some things and my BP is a couple points higher. but salt on everything you'll be the one who takes pills just to be 130/88 by your late 30s or 40s.
