So yeah, how many people died at Twin Cities in 2007 (last hot year)? Oh nobody, omg! I’m sure twice as many would die this year. Oh the humanity! Plus I love the implication that slow less fit people are too stupid to understand their limitations. People I know in the 4-6 hour range would be the first to opt out of running based on the conditions. They trained through the summer and understand the impact of the heat. They may be slower runners but that has no impact on their intelligence.
