By practice, I mean time, because as you know there is a big diff between going through the motions and going full-speed, or doing 60m legs. Gotta have that recovery time if doing stuff at speed, maybe no more than 2 run-throughs per session. Takes time.

Feel a little bad for him because he really had no business running there but yeah that was shockingly bad. His 9.5 was half a second slower than any other anchor, Nigeria made up a full 1.5 second gap on the last leg. That's unthinkable at this level
