Exactly. Howell's result is best evidence that the pace was too hot for the situation and conditions. Howell has 12 results at 1500 or mile this year. Everything was 1st place or 2nd place until 8th in the outdoor final.
When I say situation and conditions I mean multiple rounds in the heat.
