I think it’s odd that you don’t remember your PRs. I’ve never come across a serious runner who doesn’t know their PRs. I remember all my PRs from 800m to marathon, and they were all set over 20 years ago.

This thread inspired me to start logging my miles in a physical running log, again. I got to say, I prefer it WAY more than strava.
I don't actually know all of my PRs. In college, we raced and moved on. Sometimes I would get a copy of the results from my coach, and some I remembered and wrote down in my training log that I didn't always keep up. Road times I mostly know, because they mailed out results.
Whoever made the newspaper.com suggestion is a genius. I went out ran ran a search last night and found all sorts of old stuff that brought back a ton of memories. Thanks for the suggestion!
This is a good idea. I wish i had recorded my PRs from then also.
i quit track after 9th grade and focused on guitar. I often wonder how close my running as an adult has compared to my 7th-9th grade track and cross country bests
