Wouldn't be surprised if he dropped out. No 15k split and he slowed down a lot from 5k to 10k.

I would think she’d want to start dropping the pace slightly now if she’s gunning for the WR. 67:34/66:29 would seem an unnecessarily challenging way to run 2:14:03, but if any woman can do it it’s Gidey. Also must be acknowledged how greedy of me/us to think “WR or bust” in her debut marathon.

Agree 100%. And if she runs 2:15 or 2:16, that's still a great debut.
