Don't get the hate on here for too many of these athletes.
She is running well (though there are better older runners) despite the low mileage she is able to handle. NO ONE is saying that her training is ideal (same with Valby), but it is what she is able to handle at the moment. It has been working quite well for her. Perhaps she will get in more running and less XT as she progresses through College. Why the hurry?
