So this thread is still eradicating posts that question how this kid is achieving his times. Welcome to the doping-denial echo chamber. However, ignoring possibilities won't make them go away.
I remember you from last year. You gave a free accusation of doping to the young 18 years Tunisian Ahmed Hafnaoui that got a gold medal in swimming at Tokyo.
His coach got his formation at the "Institute Moulay Rachid".
So we aren't too far from "Pan-Arabism" of Coevett please to write.
I have never argued that doping is largely an African or Arab problem. It is everywhere now.
Laros isn't at the championship level. He's 17 and it's very unlikely he's doping at this age. You're just tossing out utterly unfounded accusations of the form, 'how do you know that he's not?' How could anyone know that about anyone at all? Even the East German doped athletes often didn't know that they were being doped, at least the younger ones. What specifically is your reason? If you have nothing relating to this particular athlete, leave his thread alone. This is textbook slander.
Just as Melkeneh didn't run 3:33 at age 16, so too Justus Soget didn't run 3:32 at 17 and Isaiah Koech didn't run 12:54 at 17 (he improved to 12:48 the next year at "18"). Virtually none of these guys get any better, or barely, so they're all age cheating.
I'll ask again: what makes anyone think that a 17 year old coming from nowhere who is now world-class from 800m to 3k isn't doping, when that kind of range has only been observed in those who typically are? (Aouita - who advocated doping to Australian athletes). This also isn't a mature athlete but a mere 17.

He is not world class from 800m to 3k. In fact he hardly is world class in any of those. Do you have any other reason to think he is doping than that he has run some good times? No? Than shut up. Nobody here says he isn't doping - because nobody knows. Go away, armstrongleaves.

Don't ask again. You have asked before. You got answers. We don't want to turn this thread into a doping discussion. Go somewhere else if you are not going to talk about Neils' progression, training or performances.

1.46 is world class for 800m - and brilliant for a 17 year old. He is faster than Jakob was at that age and over a greater range (Jakob is no 800m runner), and it is incredibly rare for an 800m runner to excel also over the 1500m and 3k - he is one of the best in the world in that age group. If he is clean he is beating those who dope. But you have already conceded the possibility he is doping by saying you "don't know".

It is his "progression, his training (50k a week?) and his performances" that raise the question of how he does it. As I said, he is currently comparable to a former Olympic md legend and with a greater range on apparently less training.
