My training is going pretty good to be honest, I have started to put some core strength and Plyometric drills into my training program.
Did a few awesome work outs so far..
10 x 400m 66s with 45 sec rest
6 x 800m 2.16 avg 90sec Rest
10 x 300m 46.0sec with 50 sec rest
long run 21km 90min easy
hills
15 x 200m steep steady hill at 36 > 33sec 200m Jog rec 60 sec jog back easy
