I don’t think Stanford would be the right choice for Aaron Sahlman at this point. Or it will take a while for him to make their top 7. NAU or UCLA seem like a better fit for him.

Reese Fahys to Providence
Well…looks like Kate Peters is going to be a duck instead
Chalk one up for Shalane Flanagan. I feel like Peters will be happier back home anyway and Oklahoma State is pretty crowded for spots. Also why you probably shouldnt declare in March of your junior year.
Agree 100% with everything you said.
I predict that Brody Chapman from Brentwood will go to NAU. There is another Brentwood alum at NAU who has the first name as him (except it has an E in it) who got 2nd at NXN 2017 and will still be eligible in 2023. So they will actually cross paths!
Speaking of Kate Peters.... Cate Peters (24.6/54.7/2:06) is going to Stanford. Big in state pick up.
Jolena Quarzo joins her sister at NC State
and Cady McPhail (2:09/4:58) stays close to home committing to Auburn.
"I did not pick NC State because of my sister. Coach (Laurie) Henes said don't make Gionna the reason you don't or do go to NC State."
Honestly, if Doshi continues to improve and runs 4:10/8:50 by the end of this year's track season, he'll probably head off to Stanford.
Amelia Everett (2:07/4:49) joining the avalanche of running talent at Stanford. Where are they fitting them all?
Chesney Peterson from KS (2:10, 4:54) to Tennessee
Brendan Gomez NAU
My guess is that Stanford thinks that Juliette Whittaker and Roisin Willis will go pro after a year or two, freeing up 2 scholarships.
Kate Putman to NC State per their Instagram joining the other New Yorkers already there.
Jackson Heidesch to Duke
University of Tennessee commits so far:
Jordan Rayl
Lauren Rutlin
Adam Snoke
well the stampede continues as Madison Shults (2:08/4:45/10:47) of powerhouse Niwot just announced she is ALSO heading to Stanford where she will join at least one other Niwot alum there. At this rate they are going to need to expand the dorms...
Also notable, Ciara O'Shea (4:46/10:17) has declared for North Carolina. Tar Heels getting a good one.
Emily Ellis (2:15/5:03/10:38) to Tennessee
No scholarship limits anymore! (NCAA Track and Field inequality is going to get way worse, right?)
