Honestly this could be any of his videos. They're all the same, and it's not even a joke. I don't know how DGR does it. He just wastes everyone's time with his monotonous and repetitive B-roll every single video.
James Dunne as well. Interesting that a 3:30 marathon runner has 30-40k more subs than SJD and only puts out maybe a video each week.
The difference? His videos are packed with tips and tricks for novices, lots of good rehab/PT information, training plans, and HE DOESN'T TALK ABOUT HIMSELF 90% OF THE TIME.

"Dear Seth! Your struggle with injury really inspired me. I woke up this past Sunday with a slightly stiff right knee. I thought about not racing my goal 5K but then thought, "What would Seth do?". I started picturing you running up Pikes Peak with a weight vest on, your beautiful family, and how much love and positive energy the DGR family brings each and every day. I decided to "turn the knob" and blasted a new PR of 35:14!!! Over 5 minutes faster than my previous best!!! You ARE da' man!!! Keep inspiring us and I look forward to your gold medal in Paris!"

Gold medal in Paris? These poor people who are in collective delusion with a clown. Seth's lies about his injury are inspiring people to run with injuries? That's crazy. What would Seth do? Back out of Zegama is what he did, faking the extent of his injury to fool his delusional audience.

Hopefully the comment was a parody. DGR members can't be that delusional. Right?
A day after talking about how he is a CREATOR, his video today was epic lazy s**t.
Headlamp shot - check
Pouring coffee - check
Puttering around dark house - check
Digital clock showing very early hour - check

True Love demolishing some breakfast / empty plate smeared with breakfast remnants - check
Where is the creativity? This is just a greatest hits mix done by a teen DJ that just got his first mixing station. You should also edit out any shots of the suction cup GoPro mount hanging off of your ride when you leave the garage. Kills the "authenticity" vibe that you try to sell.
Nailed it.
But to be fair, he did say True Love was sick, so always a fan of the pivot, SJD pivoted.

Gold medal in Paris?
Do they have a Content Creator Olympics there I don't know about?

Nothing like a good ol’ Letsrun Seth James Demoor thread exposing the fraud that he is. I think the most irritating thing about Seth is how he acts like he is some hard working inspiration. I would wager that 99% of his viewers have a harder life than he does. Seth spends his day drinking coffee, running, and filming stuff with his camera and acts like he is a dedicated worker trying to inspire others. In reality, his viewers are the ones with real jobs that struggle to find the time to fit in a run, but do it anyway.
He also likes to spin the narrative that he came from humble beginnings with no money. He often talks about how he had to buy used shoes and drive for Uber to make ends meet. He worked for a nonprofit company and NEVER used his teaching degree while his wife was a stay at home mom. Seems like the opposite of working hard to me when he could have just gone and used his degree to provide for his family instead of putting them through years of tough times just because he values an easy work life while waiting for his youtube to take off.
Back to the OP - most egregious act of recent times has to be faking an injury to avoid a spanking at Zegama. Didn't even mention Kilian's CR as probably too nervous about the whole situation...
Think he's lost all sense of reality and clearly resorting to lies to maintain dropping viewership
Comparing Kilian's GAP at zegama vs SJD's 2021 PP.....Kilian was almost 50secs/ mile faster over way more elevation gain. I guess posting 300000+ consecutive days of vlogs does make you lose perspective and your mind!!
SJD knows PP like the back of his hand but suspect he will bail again if competition start to heat up
Also remember a time when he used to do shoe giveaways to help out folks....look at him now
Is Pikes Peak technical at all? Looks for the most part runnable all the way up. Zegama looks steeper and has the sketchy rock traverse at the top of Sanctu Spiritu although it also has the meadows and some road.
The complete ignoring of Zegama is interesting. By him and the worshippers.
He'll pivot from mountains when PP gets too threatening to his facade, then will use the big board and markers to show his plan for Berlin. And don't forget about the change in training he talked about the other day. Such a big-time runner at this point he's racing twice a year.
Kilian is the goat and I love a good SJD pile on, but GAP only tells you part of the picture when one of the courses hits 14115ft and the other tops out at 5200ft.
