A list of things that probably happened one time and this person is running with it: a 10 mile treadmill run, a run at 4:30am, and some kind of overnight fundraising team challenge to run 48 miles in 48 hours.

why are you trying to slander this one family exactly? you realize the older girl doesnt even run track right? and that this was a one off challenge event, nothing to do with Alta Sierra workouts or ANY "normal workouts" for any of these kids. You dig through their social media accounts and site random posts they made about single episodes then lie and say its evidence of organized sadistic workouts the coaches at these schools force them to do. stop posting this family's personal posts. its clear you have a vendetta for some reason.

Welcome to the troll world of the letsrun MB's.
When anyone has success the jealous just post hate to make themselves feel better. It's actually the opposite and just bad for them in the long run.
Best advise ignore the pathetic losers that post. They don't know you or who they are posting about. They make up their own truth, not the real truth.

Hey man, are you the coach? seems like you are taking this very personal and you have intimate details about this family.
Anyway, I am sorry I made you mad. I don’t have anything against this family-I don’t know them or even live in your area. Sadly, right or wrong, your program will be judged on social media by the people in and associated with your program. This is not new to you-social media opens the door for everyone to see. Again, right or wrong, which sucks but that is social media. Just look at how many threads there are bashing Newbury Park based on what their athletes are posting/saying on social media. It happens to all programs-especially if they are good programs. People will judge based on the small window they see. Would you defend Newbury Park with as much passion? Maybe you would. I did not post ANYTHING personal, the account is PUBLIC and open for all to see. I am sorry it appears differently to others than the way you see it. I am not the first and I won’t be the last to associate runners on social media with the program they rep. Again, I apologize to you for being wrong.
Drink a 5 hour energy then go for a run within the hour without drinking any water then report back how you felt. I did this one time in high school and it was the worst I've ever felt for any race in my 16 years of running. For reference I've raced more than a few times with 100+ degree fevers.
Quit making s**t up because your athletes suck in comparison and you are a terrible coach.
