Not sure what happened to her, running low 2:20s and now just a shell of her former self with no results for over a few years? I don't ever recall someone this young falling off a cliff so suddenly, really strange.
She's been racing at a high level since middle school. In athletic terms (and with wear and tear), she's not that young any longer. I feel that she has reached a point where she is fried hormonally and her body simply can't do what it once did.
Exactly. She won Foot Locker 17 years ago and made the OT 1500 final 14 years ago. That's a very long time to stay at an elite level.

It is sad. My daughter and I have been watching Jordan's her career sin my daughter was 12 years old. She used Jordan for inspiration in her running career. My daughter is now 23 and we have been following Katelyn Tuohy's career now since she was a sophomore in high school. Seems that Tuohy is taking a healthier pathway to success with long distance running. still only a covid freshman at North Carolina State, but strong, healthy and looks like she will become a real success for years to come.
No I wouldn't. I wouldn't schill something dangerous just for a check.
What if you thought it was safe? Maybe we should start a new thread on the instagram of the people that told Jordan it was safe.
Would you shill running for money? Do you have evidence that running is safe? You might pass that evidence over to Touhy before she transitions into a distance runner.
She must be desperate for money to do this. Considering she has done little to nothing running wise for awhile, the reduction clauses in her Nike contract must be leaving her with far less then she was making a few years ago.
Ronald Reagan was an idiot who would say anything that was asked of him, or whatever people wanted to hear. Lydiard was a pseudoscientist who happened to have a knack for discovering what worked well for distance running.
Also cigarette companies waged a pretty successful campaign to hide the effects of their product. Methylene blue has publicly available info that would turn up in a quick google search.

I would have asked for the double blind test results for anything I was attaching my name to and done some research. There is plenty of evidence this isn't safe outside of very specific and controlled circumstances. This is the kind of stuff a doctor should suggest, not some online school.
I would also not take money to promote anything with artificial sweeteners 8n it since those are also dangerous.
Running, on the other hand, has proven positive benefits.
