No what's dumb is the implication that a "heart condition" related to the vaccine is a likely/reasonable/highly probable illness to cause this. That's a stupid and close-to baseless thing to imply, as the risk of vaccine-related heart injury (especially something beyond 5-10 inflammation from myocarditis) is extremely low.
By contrast, the incidence of COVID-19-associated cardiac injury or myocarditis is estimated to be 100 times higher (1,000–1,400 per 100,000 people with COVID-19) than that of COVID-19 mRNA-vaccine-related myocarditis.
