I almost think she did it on purpose to shut all the intersex accusers up for once and for all.
Intersex people also have nipples I think.

Do they have female breasts though? Didn't see any on Masilingi nor Mboma.

Impressive run by Mu. Owned the field. Great finish by Hodgkinson - also only 19 - who was only 0.6s behind. Reekie went too hard 200 out and so lost the bronze over the last few metres. Smart run by Rogers for 3rd. Good race.
I can see Mu getting close to 1.54 and Reekie 1.55 in the future.
And, I can see Keely - at some point - moving on to 1500m and doing something spectacular. Bet yer.
I was on your wavelength about her tactics...what people seemed not to get is that no one else was willing to risk their own best race to throw off hers, which they would have had to do to disrupt her many ways of getting the win. When someone has as many obvious weapons in the 800 as she does, there aren't many tactics to use short of physical assault. I mean, go out faster than her and you pay big time and she just follows you at less effort and sweeps by as you croak. Trying to surround her involves both having several high-level talents working together, and risking each one of them tossing away their own chances. And so her "tactic" of running like the class of the field and daring anyone to come and get her sort of threw down psychologically. No one wanted a piece of her. And in the end they benefited from NOT taking her on.

That deserves a black page, brojos!
Sydney broke the WR and the first woman to run sub 52. She did not get a black page. From what I can see, it's a black and white thing for bojo.
I'm wondering how Ajee Wilson is holding up. She was the 800 IT girl for USA for a long time. She represented her country well. Couldn't help feeling bad for her while watching the race.
Well, how do we access all those performances. Well, going into the event, lots of people were predicting Mu would run 1min 54sec and win by two seconds. Well, she won by 0.6secs. Hodgkinson! Surely, she was the biggest surprise. A week ago, to suggest that she would come second and run under 1min 56sec would have been considered a very wild prediction. Reekie, Well, very bravely, she went for the win and almost got a medal. Raven , of course, didn't get involved up front but ran with that hope that she could pick off runners in the the finishing straight...and it worked. Great race.
Reekie was not beating Rogers whatever tactics she employed. Rogers did a Dave Wottle - wait for (most of) the field to pay for their earlier pace.

I was one of those people. I did not expect the others to be as good as they were and thought they’d be at least another second back by the end. Mu was awesome as expected and it’s fairly clear we’ve not seen her best. I don’t think even Mu herself knows how fast she can go. In a TT with pacer/wave light she’s probably ready for low 154 in the very near future. WR will fall to her before she’s done.
That's because they are from extremely poor countries, where hunger is widespread and entire populations are starving and malnourished. It's amazing she can do what she does. Look at any of the Africa countries, this is evident.

What sealed it even further for me with Mu was her delight in seeing Rogers won the bronze. She looked so happy for her teammate.
What a badass woman. Can't wait to see what else she can do.
And a ton of personality. Watch any interview— great voice and presence, she’ll end up in broadcasting when she’s done.
I like listening to her being interviewed. She speaks with a lot of poise and beyond her years. She’s also a bit awkward and it’s refreshing to see. She has a playful quality when she talks. I’m really glad she won.
Someone earlier said that they would like to see her move up to the 1500. I can see that later in her career. For now she’s going to be a much better 400/800 (600 indoors) runner. If she put her mind to it she would also be an incredible 400 hurdler. I’m hoping to see Mu and McLaughlin as a part of the 4x4 team at least in the rounds.
Mu ran wide on every turn, the last one she was (unnecessarily) almost in lane two. Combine with a positive split, and she is 1:54-low shape right now.

I don't think the other runners themselves knew what they're capable of until they got to run on worlds best track surface and pulled to top times by Mu. This was like 2012 Men's OG final, where Rudisha pulled Solomon and Symmonds to 1:42.

I noticed that too. I wonder if there is a specific reason for that, or is she just that inexperienced?

Rogers beat her by a mere sliver. If Reekie hadn't blown everything trying to chase down Mu at 200m she would have had enough to hold on to the bronze. She was drowning over the last 30m.
And with Mu winning we probably just saw the first clean athlete win gold on the track. I can’t wait til she gets on the $hit. Mu, Felix and Sydney for sure all clean. Along with Rai, Norman, Lyles, and Knighton. The rest is doubtful. Davis prolly and out Lj hj guy as well.

I said it before but I feel like Ajee "wasted" some great races against Niyonsaba, Semenya and Wambui.
There's 2 full seconds from her 1.55 to a doped world record. You must be suggesting she is doping.
