I think for me the big problem is this - you plateau at a certain level (three seasons of a huge sample size - 10+ races per season) where your seasonal best is eerily similar irrespective of wind.
You then obliterate that in year coming off weird/non-existent drug testing protocols, have one residual season where you start returning back to your norm and now you are right back to where your were (again with almost uncanny similarity), prior to that one now clearly outlier and inexplicable season.
If he wasn't so consistent at a certain level of performance, 9.80 coincidentally in the Olympic year, might seem plausible. But we can't just sit there and keep using injury as an excuse - did injury totally reset him? He got injured and again it "coincidentally" just took him back to the exact performance level he had before 2021?
Fair play to him I guess, he won the medal and got his contract and his $$$ - doesn't change the absurdity of what he managed to get away with.
