Spot on 14:30 pace at 3K for Obiri and company. McColgan hanging on in the back.

Lights are doing their magic. The pacing has been great.
Paula's 14:29.11 NR in danger
15-lows without the shoes.

Where does Grovdal have to place to become a top six threat for Tokyo? Fifth in front of Gemechu or Fantu Worku?
Top 4 or 5, and well clear of McColgan and Yasemin Can. Would like to see her lop 20 seconds off her 14:51 track PB. She’s 31 - is she a bit suspicious?
I chose the wrong European, NR for McColgan
McColgan! 😎

I think the lights were set to 2:55/k and that’s what they were hitting. So, spot on 14:35 pace, right? Makes the final time all the more impressive as they dropped down to sub-14 pace for the final k.

I think you're right, they kicked off it the last 800 nicely.
Dup wins. Going for 6.19 - 20' 3 3/4"
20.09 (-1.0) for De Grasse. Worth 19.95 with a good wind I'd imagine? Maybe a little faster with better weather as well. Solid, but needs to go up another notch to beat the American top two I'd think.

No Nike in top 5 or so.

What is the Adidas superspike for 1500-500? 800?
I think Bislett is a notorious slow track for sprints, something about the curves. Degrasse is sneaky, never looks impressive until the majors.

Top 8 all set personal bests!
I think some were just SBs.

Ah, right. The top 8 in the women's 5000 had 4 PBs and 4 SBs. Both great races!
