Purrier and Coburn #1 and #2 US all time indoors
Purrier and Coburn #1 and #2 US all time indoors
Really a break through for Purrier.
9:10.28 NR...4:28 2nd mile? Danggg. Good run for Coburn too in 9:15.
The question is what event is Purrier strongest at?
1500
Steeple
5K
Does she go for the 1500m or 5000m at USAs? Strong performance
I could watch her run all day. Looking forward to see what she does outdoors later this year.
This was badly paced too. Pacer went out a good 3 or 4 seconds slow on the first lap. Maybe Purrier is good for a second or two faser? Nice to see a Canadian record.

Why? Was this better than her indoor mile AR a year ago? She is considered a favorite for the team in either 1500 or 5000.

It was great, but not too shocking for a 4:16i miler. This was her breakthrough:
https://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=9830228&page=2Using World Athletics, 9:10 is equal to 4:18.9/8:32/14:40–but the big negative split...danggg
Houlihan just put her trusty old Victory spikes in the closet and decided to race in the Dragonfly.
first 400 in 70.6. how is that an issue for you? got progressively faster if youre looking at the 100m splits.
Congrats to Elle, was a very nice run! Also glad to see a good performance from Emma!

Anybody else notice that the women's 500 with Sydney is scheduled for 6:05 but the TV broadcast is scheduled to end at 6:00?
