Ato talk'in up Murphy like it's his race to lose
Murphy has been nothing since Salazar was kicked out of NOP and took with his thyroid boosting and "testosterone medication" with him.
Probably just a coincidence, right?

SOWINSKI also looked great. Indoor 800m PR at 31 years. 1:45. Obviously going to be overshadowed by Hoppel but still awesome to see.
Also should mention it's barely 1 sec over his outdoor pr. Crazy longetevity at high level
how hard is it? wrote:

I believe he had a hamstring injury for most of last year.
You will note that he got his bronze medal before Salazar and has not been close since being coached by Sally. Looks like the thyroid and testoboost has done the exact opposite of your claim. Get outta here.

Plus he’s friendly and unassuming AF
Great to see Sowinski pr indoors.
If not sponsored someone needs to sign the guy up. He still has it!
When was his last race?
Maybe pr was because he was fresh and not racing everything like all those other years.
Hoppel number 2 is nice...but in addition that race puts Sowinski number 5 all time American indoor. NUMBER 5! And he beat Engels and Murphy in the process while wearing a black outfit from walmart and supplying the pacer from St. Ambrose.
This week's broadcast was a HUGE improvement over last week.
Great to see Candace Hill back on track and running a decent time.
