why does Mo keep looking behind him
why does Mo keep looking behind him
Mo Farah is pacing a group of UK runners vying for Olympic selection plus its the UK national champs lead group. I'd like to hear more like has Chris Thompson been dropped, can't see him there now?
Who is the female on the BBC commentary, who said she grew up for her first 8 years in Iten?
Will the Utah ‘stache’ run a PB?
OK Thompson is out the back of the group.

He's starting to struggle already
Kipchoge missed his bottle. Guess it's a good thing the lap is only a mile or so

No big deal. There is always another lap.
is 62.54 a joke?
someone from the ten amigos must say go now
Not able to watch.
How are Mule and Geremew doing? Lead pack, I presume?
On pace for 2:05 high through 13.1. Unfortunate we won’t see anything close to a WR but I’m very interested to see how Kipchoge handles what will likely be a bigger pack than usual later in the race.

this is your second post about it in this thread. honestly, you should contribute here with something more useful than writing about adults who enjoy a beer at a sunday. nothing wrong with it.
For the record, i went with a coke. THey are past halfway and I haven't watched one second of the men's race as I've been working on the women's recap. Did the rabbits go out ahead? And gap the field and then slow up or what?

Going to be a negative spilt race. 61 for the second half, going to heat up soon.

I don't think you're allowed to take a bottle on any lap.
Both still in lead pack looking solid.

Can't drop old track habits, especially during a marathon set up like this.

You shouldn't drink Coke.
You need to improve your nutrition.
I have to wonder whether Kipchoge is using this as an opportunity to test out some race tactics in case there's a pack at the Olympics?
