4 Grand Juries in 4 different parts of the country decided to indict him because he's running for President? You're a fool.
1 in 15,000 grand juries decline to indict so it seems you're a fool for thinking the indictments alone mean something.
Democrats being corrupt in 4 different parts of the country on the other hand is 100% certain.
It's worth reminding everyone here how INCREDIBLY nice the Democrats are being to ALL of the other Trumpers that they hate. They've completely succeeded in completely corrupting the justice system, but are holding their fire on ALL of the other Trumper sycophants. Not touching MTG, Graham, Cruz, Rubio, Johnson (x2), Mace, Noem, McCarthy, Gaetz, Abbott, etc., etc., etc.
The restraint and kindness is incredible.
..........OR WAIT, COULD IT BE that Trump's a SPECIAL, serial criminal POS ???
NBC News confirms the names of the Trump officials charged in the Arizona fake electors scheme whose name are redacted in the indictment: • Mark Meadows • Rudy Giuliani • Boris Epshteyn • Mike Roman • Jenna Ellis • Christina Bobb • John Eastman
(Good to see Boris finally get indicted. He is a true POS, liar and grifter).
and trump is an undicted co-conspirator in the case.
which means three things:
1/ the prosecutors are hoping someone on the list flips and talks about trump's role, so they can indict the 'hey we should terminate the Constitution' guy. And yes someone on that list will flip on trump.
2/ prosecutors have learned that if you indict trump he will stall the case for years and possibly end it completely.
3/ they might just be waiting to see what the supreme court says about presidential immunity.
regardless, the GOP has nominated a guy who wants to terminate the constitution and has committed multiple serious crimes against the USA.
Note to the Founding Fathers: In 2024, we're waiting to hear whether or not a President is a King.
And you silly powdered wig guys thought you had THAT all figured out !!!!!!

Nah.
I do feel bad that I managed to leave Gym off that list. Sorry.

Agreed about Boris. I'm a little surprised it took this long. He's a f*cking criminal.
Who could have possibly foreseen that they guy that coined the word "fake news", cried "fake news" thousands of times, and caused his cult-like followers to believe all real news is fake. Yes, who could have guessed that this same guy was paying for and orchestrating a fake news factory mill with ADI, the National Enquirer and through Pecker's influence all the other tabloids?
It is almost like every accusation Trump makes is a full confession.
All of the other 3 indictments of Trump have as a condition of his release until trial that he not, among other things, commit any crimes at any level...state, federal, etc.
WHEN Judge Merchan charges Trump with criminal contempt next week (because he will), he will have violated those terms of release, AND the terms say he can be arrested and held pending trial if he does.
Those trials aren't likely to start for months and at least 2 of them not until next year. Would be HILARIOUS if Trump is held pending trial, especially in a case where he fought so hard to delay it.
Ha! Ha! Ha!
His freedom has already been taken away. He has to sit in court in this current trial and not say what he'd like to say. Ha! Ha! Ha! Tomorrow I will do whatever the hell I want to do! Trump will NOT do what he wants to do!
Your fantasy stories sure do get you aroused. If at any point Trump goes to jail you are guaranteeing his election.
Ridiculous! Fever dream of Trumpers. 15% of Trump supporters have already said they won't vote for him if he's a convicted felon, and ANY jail time for ANYTHING makes him look weak, and not looking weak is important to many of you moron Trumpers.

Correct... there is another factor. Going to jail and losing elections means you are a loser. And people get discouraged by losers, especially if they are going up against the same players who beat them. Let it sink in that despite Nikki having dropped out before the FL primary, she still got 14% of the vote. And when I was down there recently for a boat festival there were only a handful of boats with trump flags, whereas even in 2021 it was at least half of the boats. No wonder Biden went there to campaign - his camp smelled blood.

So far, every single trumper/GQP problem that has emerged was initially an accusation.

Btw I maintain this is actually part of a more foundational strategy of the trump camp. It's not just about distraction and lies... by blaming the Ds of what they themselves are doing, they set up cover via the base's support to openly do those things because "they were doing it and we have to stop them". We are already seeing the RNC officially say they are going to "beat the Ds at their own game". The game means the cheating they've been accusing Ds of - which of course never happened and they never produced any proof of.

Could you imagine... even back then with most americans so uneducated, they figured we couldn't get to the point where a big chunk of the population would be brainwashed enough to want a king, and that a single low IQ conman could hijack a whole political wing this easily without a fight. They pretty much did not include any criteria for running for president or guardrails thinking we couldn't possibly ever have someone like trump rise to power. Our system is cr@p.

what failed is the political party. the framers didn't want political parties to form, and for just this reason: at some point citizens and elected reps will decide their primary loyalty is to party, not country. that's where we are now: Rs actively trying to make Joe and the nation fail (and admitting they want the US to fail, for election reasons), and for a party to forgive trump style crimes, acquit him in impeachment and support his candidacy.
this is why JFK wrote 'profiles in courage,' which is about politicians who bucked their party and did what was right for the country even if bad for their party in the short run. Rs can't do that now, except Romney and a couple more.

From CNN just now, hopefully accurate:
Trump attorney: Without absolutely immunity claim, 'there can be no presidency as we know it'
Doesn't an "argument" like that get you laughed out of a mock trial in high school?
250 years of DENSE U.S. history absolutely proves that it's wrong (as in, EVERY thing ever done by every U.S. president....up to and including nuking 2 cities).
And yet there it is, being stated in front the Supreme Court (I wanna put that in quotations) in the year 2024.

and more to the point...so on brand that trump spent so much time criming from the WH that he can't imagine what the job would be if he had to follow the law.

I don't think you are looking in the right direction in claiming that "our system is cr@p."
There is no system in the world that can stand up to ignorance, fear and hatred on the scale that we are witnessing with the Trumpettes.
Something is indeed cr@p. But it isn't the system.

It does point out just another way in which Trump is "special." For the vast majority of horrible things that presidents have done, it took a few decades or generations for most Americans to agree that it was horrible. Slavery, treatment of the American Indians, putting Japanese Americans in camps, area/carpet bombing of cities, etc., etc.
But not Trump! He did things that were IMMEDIATELY recognized as horrible by roughly half the population. He IS special !!

Maybe that's not an elegant way to put it, but.....is the following "crap"?
A guy like Trump is president. A party just like the current GOP owns both chambers. And we continue with the idiocy that a freakin' Justice Dept. memo determines that a sitting president can't be prosecuted. What does that equal? A King? A dictator? Pretty sure.
