No, that’s from data set 1, which shows Ashley on the left side along with her pacer. The rules require you to be single file on the left side.
On data set 2, her pacer is on the left side, and Ashley is on the far right side of the road.
Also, her marathon PB was at the massively downhill Revel Marathon. Anyone claiming an HM/marathon PB on a massively downhill course gets another strike against them (her pacer included).
Who exactly got a marathon PB in one of the Revel Marathon? Isn't Paulson's 2:40 time ran at the Olympics trial in Atlanta?
She ran a 2:37 at the Huntsville Marathon in 2019. She has a faster Marathon PR than Camille Heron and Scott Jurek for those keeping score at home.
Being unsure about her run because you haven't seen enough evidence to conclusively prove she cheated just means you're not familiar with Badwater and you might not be familiar with 100s.

The people who operate the race, witnessed it and her performance, have 50 volunteers on the course... shall we rehash their position?
Badwater has a history of letting in sketchy people and not disqualifying folks even when there's evidence of cheating. In his response, he launched personal attacks on anybody questioning her result. He said as far as he was aware, the result was legitimate. Well of course, that's true for everyone else too - as of right now as far as we know, the result is legimate. The RD is a clown, but he loves his $1595 registration fee. If that's too much for you, he also offers a $250 50k. LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
It will be interesting to find out if these people who saw "suspicious things" reported any of it to the RD. I also find it interesting that apparently even giving some description of what those "suspicious things" were without revealing anyone's identity was not possible to do in the initial article about this.

However, if he actually observed cheating, then I hope he comes forward with the evidence. I’m looking forward to pictures or videos or named eye witnesses as opposed to speculation. That would be a great place to start with the evidence.

I'm not familiar with the race and have never run a 100. I haven't seen conclusive evidence that there was cheating yet. Can you enlighten me?
I've run Badwater, I've run 100s (I guess that goes without saying because you can't run Badwater without running 100s). She opened up a huge lead out of nowhere after Father Crowley over two monster runners who were having strong days and she's just not that good. The gap at their levels is huge. As an analogy, we know she's run a 2:40, a 2:37 on a Revel course ... if she was running a marathon went and pulled away huge from a 2:18 runner who was having a strong run at a later stage in the race, you'd know it wasn't physiologically possible. Either she did something to cheat to get to that point where she was still even at that spot or she did something to pull away. She's a good athlete, but just not good enough to to do what she did to those two, and there's a huge gap in the talent level. I have no problems admitting that I have no evidence of where or how she cheated, but I know she's not good enough to do what she did. Anybody who knows the race knows that, too. Yes, she's a great athlete. But no, she's not good enough to run that race.

The post yesterday on Instagram, the commentary about that last split really had nothing to do with him going to run Leadville. It's pretty obvious what he was saying if you read between the lines.
Look at the posts on his Facebook page, the one with the video of Bob Becker finishing the race and the one where he talks about his run streak ending. He's clearly pissed about what happened. He knows the race as well as anybody. He knows what happened. His crew was pretty vocal about it on the 13th. And really, if you had to get into a character contest between him and Ashley, it's not even close. Harvey is a truly a class act.

This is like saying Adam Peterman who won WSER this could not have possibly actually won since it was his first 100 miler and he beat a bunch of veterans. No way that can happen right, because we KNOW he's just not that good lol.

A 17:26 on a fastish 100 in the fall does not sync up. She's absolutely not good enough to pull away huge from Harvey after Father Crowley when Harvey is running well, which he was. I saw that video and the post on FB and the information about the last leg. But there was no evidence posted even though he is clearly suspicious. If she cheated, I hope she’s caught, but no one has posted evidence that she cheated in this 135 mile road race … except she had super shoes.
She may have been better heat acclimated, that could easily explain the difference when the heat is the major factor in that race. If you look at her other ultra finishes it absolutely syncs up assuming that like I said, she is very well heat acclimated. Which according to everything I've seen she absolutely was, living in Florida and focusing on heat training leading up to the race.

I don’t think that 17:26 100 mile result by Ashley Paulson means much because 1) Ryan Hall has her run some races as workouts (not 100%), 2) she was sick much of the race (nausea, blood in urine/stool), 3) she had foot pain, 4) it was only her 3rd 100+ event, and 5) most of her race experience is on road courses.
What year did he run that 5:19 at JFK.

So you think that Harvey, who was running just as fast as when he won the year before and finishing his 10th (11th?) straight Badwater and won Big Dog's Backyard, wasn't ready for the race and that's why she pulled away from him? Or are you saying that Lee, who's a low-14s guy and lives in South Carolina and was basically neck-and-neck with Harvey and running his third Badwater, also wasn't ready/acclimated and that's why he couldn't hang?

It's pretty obvious when you look at her times and her progression that that's about all she had in her. Ask somebody who runs a 14 how slow they could run one if they held back.

Look at her post on IG from the race. It wasn't a workout. Nausea and foot pain are standard in 100s, blood in her urine and stool won't affect how fast she runs (and I kinda wonder how she saw that) ... everybody likes to describe the war story in their posts about their 100s, especially if you've got 90K+ followers that look up to you. She went out gave it her best, covered the distance in 17:26.
If you take a step back and can truly think, "yeah, somebody who ran just their third 100 last fall in 17:26 and has times that correlate better at shorter distances had the ability to pull away from Harvey like he was standing still in his 10th Badwater after Father Crowley when he was having a great run by his standards" ... I don't know what to tell you.
The 5:19 50M was last November. Absolutely a guy who could win WSER.
