Parnas: "My original indictment linked me to an individual referred to as unindicted coconspirator . We know now this individual to be Congressman Pete Sessions who sits on this very (impeachment) committee".
(Reminder that Pete Sessions is the son of former FBI head William Sessions who worked for the Russian mafia after leaving the FBI)
Meijer. And today it's even more on sale at $3.79 a pound according to my app. The sell by date is still three days away too. I will be making burgers tonight.
A couple weeks ago, they had the 90/10 on sale for $2.99 a pound. I didn't get it because I like more flavor in my beef.
No, not correct. $3 ANYTHING in 2019 that is just $3.50 today has actually gone up less than historically average inflation, so that would be a good deal. We are currently BELOW average inflation over the last 50 years, jobs are aplenty, wages are outpacing inflation, and the stock market has been on fire. Lots of people count on the stock market to pay their bills in retirement. I know my parents are super happy about how the market has done.
The economy today is crazy good. All-time high stock market close in several indicies today. Thanks, Joe Biden! The amount of money I made just today is absolutely insane.
You big baby Trumpers seem to think that prices of things should never go up. Since 2019, I have retired, but my wife's income has gone up a decent amount (though we don't need it or care), my stocks have gone up a ton. I could go get a job tomorrow if I wanted to or needed to. The value of my house has gone up a lot...now, I don't care about that because it's just a wash as all real estate has gone up about the same amount, but for anyone who has continued working (and that's a LOT of people) and who have continued investing (and that's not as many as should have been), they are absolutely in a better spot today than they were in 2019. Also, I see you like to cherry pick...don't want to count the horrible 2020 that was Trump's last year in office.
Don't bring up credit card debt either, because that just means that people spend money they don't have when they are confident in the job market. They aren't using credit cards to put beans and rice on the table.
This shouldn't be a hot take but I don't think either Biden or Trump raped anyone. Every candidate from here on out is going to be accused. Post #metoo world and all that.
We are the Me Too party so the politics are different. Republicans can just brush all of it off as stupid. Democrats have to be hypocrites. That's the way it goes sometimes. That's why I'm saying what I'm saying now. I don't really believe E Jean Carroll.
Thank for your your DUMB reading skills. I didn't say gas compared to 2019, I said down. Which it is from last year. When counting inflation, gas is up .18 cents from 2019 (and I didn't have time to check other factors like new taxes, etc.) Gas prices is a metric for simple people
thank you for your DUMB assumption. The meat in question went from 7.99 to 8.50 (I buy the good stuff). This is actually LESS than inflation. You suck and your anecdotes suck.
The problems with simpletons like Adult is they see the pre-pandemic world through rose colored glasses. They associate those times with Trump. Everything was cheap! But to forget or ignore the pandemic and it's impact on the world is foolishness.
If you have so much, just contribute to Trumps gofundme.

didn't a jury believe Jean Carroll? No offense but who cares what some rando on the internet thinks? (and I say this realizing we has similarities)
You are an idiot. I am in business. Nobody is lowering their prices to 2019 pre pandemic levels. It’s not because of money supply. Nothing to do with Biden. Or drill, drill, drill.
It is a desire to keep Revenues.
It’s simple math. Let’s say your margins are 35%. Would you voluntarily lower your revenues from 50 million down to 40 million by reducing prices after you worked to get those higher prices? ? If there are no market pressures to do so and demand is still high. Why would you do that?
Some call it corporate greed. I call it capitalism. Businesses are keeping their revenues (prices) high if market forces allow them to.
Do you idiots think companies are going to just voluntarily lower prices if Trump gets elected? If you do, you are dumber than I thought.

The real question though is, "do you has cheeseburger?"

CORRECT! 2019 was freakin' 5 years ago!
Also, just as ordinary citizens, we WANT inflation. The stock market is manipulated worldwide in favor of stockholders, and the more things cost, the more the stock market is manipulated to go higher still. I'm not necessarily a fan of all of the capitalist things that go on, but I recognize that they do and I take action accordingly...and that action has always been to invest as much as you possibly can in stock mutual funds.

I don't even care what I think. I haven't read into it much at all admittedly, but I'm skeptical of any politician being accused of anything. As I understand it, this happened a long time ago with basically no physical evidence, and it was civil court which has different rules, one being a change in the burden of proof. I think less proof is needed in civil court. But I don't know anything and I would 100% welcome someone more informed and knowledgeable weighing in. It seems to be a strategy on part of the democrats to attack Trump legally to attack his funds.

Exactly. If you are in sales and your pay structure is a percentage of profits. You want prices to go up. if you are in sales and your pay structure is a percentage of revenue, you want prices to go up. If you are in business and you must lower your prices it is always a bad situation. Not good for anyone.
Who the hell compares prices to 5 years ago besides A-Dolt?
