0.06% is an extremely small percentage. I'm sure you compared that to the percentage of unvaccinated people who were hospitalized too. Apparently there are just 13% of MA residents completely unvaccinated and, yet, somehow they still comprise up to 75% of the hospitalization cases. But of course, according to you, the vaccination is obviously ineffective. I only wonder where you got your infections disease degree...
Good for MA. Keep on cherry-picking, it is appropriate labor for the uneducated.
You can spare us your psuedohumanitarian condescension. You are grinning ear to ear about the prospect of Trumpster mortality, just like your carrion-feeder HarambePole leader.
I'm not entirely sure what your point is or exactly what you are trying to prove. If you had spent even the slightest amount of time trying to comprehend my post before posting this useless text you would have seen that the person I was responding to referred to MA first. Accordingly, it makes sense that I "cherry picked" MA data for my response. But I'm sure you felt quite smug when you clicked that "Post Reply" button, you really showed me.
Also, since this seems to be beyond you, nothing I said had anything to do with Trump. Vaccination status and covid cares little for you political affiliations.

Wrong. Unlike the antivaxxers, I don't like when Americans die of preventable disease.

Well...then, you better start taking your effin circus act out to the obese in this country & preach to them.
https://www.wvdhhr.org/bph/oehp/obesity/mortality.htm"According to the National Institutes of Health, obesity and overweight together are the second leading cause of preventable death in the United States, close behind tobacco use (3). An estimated 300,000 deaths per year are due to the obesity epidemic (57)."
This just shows what an effin foot soldier for the pharma industry you are. You're so obstinate you can't accept the fact this is the epidemic of the obese/overweight & unhealthy people who have a sh*load of preexisting conditions. You preaching supposedly to healthy, fit, competitive athletes.

I'm focused on nAb results (and the correlated protection against mild infection) because that's what the 'natural immunity' folks have been crowing about for months since that first study from Israel.
Omicron wiped out any possible advantage 'natural immunity' had over the vax and firmly refutes the people arguing that getting COVID was preferable to the vaccine -- because of the purported better immunity.
A question worth asking is constantly elevating our antibody levels necessarily a healthy thing to do? Our antibody levels naturally decline because our bodies don't want thick blood because it works our heart harder and can cause things like heart inflammation because thicker blood can cause issues in capillaries and small arteries. Natural infection results in lower antibody levels (and gives us long term protection via t-cell memory). So, when a mild viral infection comes along, is it worth boosting antibody levels sky high to prevent an infection that will likely cause little or no harm? Maybe, maybe not. Time will tell.
Lost in the context of that post is the fact that it indicates vaccines will produce prevalent issues, exponentially over time due to the propensity for booster shots. These issues are ignored by big pharma at the convenience of their money making machine. Heart and cardiac issues are a real concern and Pfizer has admitted that young males are experiencing heart issues. We have young vaccinated athletes dropping dead from cardiac induced episodes. Demariyius Thomas is a recent example What, 33 year old who develop cardiovascular issues post vaccination. What a coincidence. No accountability from pharma. Just ignorance and censorship. Time to wake up.

People shouldn’t get the Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccine when the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna shots are available, an advisory panel to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Thursday.
The panel, called the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, convened following an update from the Food and Drug Administration on the risk of rare but potentially life-threatening blood clots linked to the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
At least 54 people in the United States, mostly women, have been hospitalized from these blood clots, and nine people have died.
The panel voted unanimously in favor of deeming the mRNA vaccines, from Pfizer and Moderna, the "preferred" options for adults over the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, ultimately concluding that the mRNA vaccines provided greater protection and fewer risks than Johnson & Johnson’s. The recommendation would not prohibit use of the Johnson & Johnson shot, but instead make clear that the other options are a better choice if they are available.
"I really cannot recommend a vaccine that has been associated with a condition that may lead to death," said committee member Dr. Pablo Sanchez, a pediatrician at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Ohio.
CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky will need to sign off on the recommendation.
Johnson & Johnson's vaccine is linked to a blood clotting condition known as thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, or TTS. The AstraZeneca vaccine has also been associated with the blood clot issue.

Like to know how many people have been hospitalized and died due to the Pfizer and Moderna Jabs.
WE know there have been some; surely more than 54 and 9. And, given that fact, what does the good Dr. Sanchez have to sat about pushing those vaxxes? Phony,

The CDC and FDA acting decisively on a possible < 1/1,000,000 (15 million doses and 9 possible deaths) safety signal is definitely evidence they are covering up data … good one. I’m laughing.

Only took them a year. Go ahead and laugh about the 17.3 Million people who had that shot.
The chance of a 10 year old dying of COVID is 20X that of dying from J&J vax induced TTS.
For a 25 year old it’s 100X
For a 55 year old it’s 400X
For a 75 year old it’s > 100,000X
The calculus is simple.

Yeah just like last spring when they paused the J&J vaccine to study one-in-a-million rare safety events. And that was supposed to be evidence they didn't care about safety?
The antivaxxers logic is quite literally backwards at this point. We notice lol

You do many things every day. Take many medicines. Take many risks. That carry a > 1/1,000,000 risk of death. Why the exception for this one? Running a marathon has a 1/100,000 fatality rate!
The relative risk benefit is still ridiculously in favor of vaccination.
Harambe wrote:
With Omicron coming don't forget to get that vaccine even if you've already had COVID. Here's why:
Even if you've been infected, 'natural immunity' does not protect you as well as infection+vax or 3 doses of the vaccine will.
Look at this illuminating study:
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.11.23.21266767v1Prior infection only provided 70% protection against future infection with COVID. That's worse than 2 shots of the vaccine! And way worse than 3!
Also, early neutralization data shows that people only with prior infection don't neutralize Omicron at all!
https://twitter.com/JanineKimpel/status/1468700628922904591Hybrid immunity (infection+vax) is much stronger in that specific neutralization assay!
Point: even if you've been infected... get that vax!
There you go again, fearmongering.

You have not convinced anyone.

Just like normal people, we'll all look away and ignore you.
Maybe it's time to throw in the towel, little girl.
What is your purpose for posting if you are not relevant anymore?
I guess you could keep posting about the latest articles you've read, but it would be futile.
I have sent many antivaxxers home devastated, including you. I know I will never change the minds of the ignorant and the dogmatic, but everyone else reading these threads can see how completely unsupported, ignorant, and in bad faith the antivaxxers' arguments are. That's the goal: to not let the BS you and your ilk spew go without a rebuttal.
It helps that I am vastly smarter than the antivaxxers so it takes me very little time to refute the latest lies and mistakes that come down their pipe of propaganda daily.
It's a service I provide :)
"Sent many antivaxxers home..." oh yea? Who?
Me included? Thats weird. How come I am still unvaccinated and still have my job?
How come I still am not afraid of a sniffles virus? That has a 99.7% survival rate?
How come I still run, unlike you?
How is freedom to choose, BS? Thats actually quite an inclusive argument. You can choose to get it, I can choose not to. The end.
But no, you want to try to force it on people.
And guess what? You can't! People are fighting back.
You keep making these cringy "I'm smarter than you" arguments. Thats a tell tale sign that you're getting desperate.
You think youve won, but outside in the real world, you haven't!
Keep being afraid!
Keep getting other people unnecessarily scared about a sniffles virus.
Keep getting mad that people like me stand in your way.
It's people like you that make this country a worse place.
