EMD down 0.31% on the day.
The next time I trade/invest based on what appears on Bloomberg or CNBC will be the first time. Having said that, I am still looking at them, and might buy select ones rather than a big fund. I see no particular hurry.

I am looking for a bigger down day on EMD to add to my position.
I would not buy individual emerging market securities. Diversification is your friend.
Here is an update of my forecasts from March 2018, starting with S&P500 since 1949 with index values on a log scale to show where it comes from, more or less:
I'm probably out to lunch, but my plan is to start to think about maybe dipping my toe cautiously back into US equities if/when S&P500 gets to around 3500, but not if it continues there on a straight trajectory as it has recently. If equities continue to drop and hit 3500 by end-May +/- I'll be holding on and looking for a lot lower bottom.
"Too many of the stocks in the ARKK portfolio were dependent on central-bank liquidity to fuel their outsize gains. Now that this liquidity is being reversed, the stocks are going down in a meaningful way."
Hey all just wanted to say hello and wish everyone well. I'm on a break from social media but I'm sure I'll be back soon. Probably when the SP500 rises another 5% or so.

Make sure you get in some running! I just finished a 90-minuter, it felt great
1500 yards swimming and 10 minutes in the whirlpool = 71 year old. Running for an hour in the morning, various paces.
Great! I am swimming with my swimmer mrs tomorrow, probably 2200m. If I hit the hot tub after that, I would fall asleep, guaranteed! She will be doing her usual drills beside me, of course faster than I swim.😡 I get even with her on bleachers😁.
Strange day today. Reason for the ramp? Cheaper oil? But my oil stocks were also green, except SU.
Today I pulled a boffo move—bought tsla early, followed it up with stops. After a couple, I mistakenly entered a sell limit order and of course it sold immediately. Ate into my profits. My mind was thinking about my other screen’s info! Moron. Never happened to me before.
