The “mighty” Russian army have taken 150 days to control 7% of Ukraine.
You could also say the US Army took 20 years to control 0% of Afghanistan…
You could, but you'd look like some kind of childish idiot. You certainly wouldn't be the objective analyst of military and world affairs that you keep pretending to be.
Are you going to say it? Are you going to say the US military "took 20 years to control 0% of Afghanistan"? Or maybe you just lashed out at someone noting the relative Russian military ineptness because it's obvious evidence and nature bothers you a lot?
And that 20 percent is the most valuable part of Ukraine.
This is from April before additional territory was occupied:
Russia’s announced war aim of conquering Ukraine’s eastern regions and southern shores is hardly coincidental. These regions—including Ukraine’s section of the Black Sea, now mainly controlled by Russia—account for about half of Ukraine’s conventional oil, 72 percent of its natural gas, and almost its entire coal production and reserves. The bulk of Ukraine’s critical minerals, especially the rare earth metals that are now in high demand, are likewise found in Donetsk and other parts of Ukraine either occupied or threatened by Russia.
A new report from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe found that patterns of violent acts by Russian forces in Ukraine meet the qualification of crimes against humanity, detailing horrific actions by Russi...
I think there is a good chance Russians will investigate americans for war crimes
Your country is a failure, because your people are a failure. Russia is nothing but bankrupt cowards. The free world will be better off without Russia. That is the goal of the West. We will win.
You and your disgusting friends here are betting on the loser. Good luck, and may you meet a US soldier very soon. Cheers, Igor.

US army was never tested in real war after WW2
I don't think US would stocmach even 1 % of casualities Ukraine suffers
After Iraq and Afganistan debacle I bet after first 5 downed planes US would retreat

Who would win in a contest between Russia's full army, and a half dozen high mobility rocket artillery bois? It looks like we have an answer. Quick, call an operational pause before you lose the rest of your logistics!
See, the problem is that the list of opponents that can test the US Army just keeps getting shorter and shorter. Everyone thought the Russians would present a peer-on-peer conflict, but everyday they're looking more like the glorious Iraqi army that got pushed into the sand by A10s in 1990. Russia's backwards dictatorship can't compete technologically with open and democratic societies, and it shows whenever Russian pilots have to face NATO airframes and end up eating dirt.
Take a quick look at your computer. Was any of its hardware designed or manufactured in Russia? Didn't think so.
