Ehhh, you're kind of loading that up there, Joe Balloons. Jenna Ellis didn't plead guilty to, nor did she RAT on Trump, for "challeng[ing] the results of an election." She wouldn't be in deep sh!t for doing that.
Jenna Ellis plead guilty to, and ratted on others, for lying to a Georgia Senate Subcommittee about the following:
1. That at least 96,600 mail-in ballots were counted in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia, despite there being no record of those ballots having been returned to
county elections office;
2. That 2,506 felons voted illegally in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia;
3. That 66,248 underage people illegally registered to vote before their seventeenth birthday prior to the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia;
4. That at least 2,423 people voted in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia who were not listed as registered to vote;
5. That 1,043 people voted in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia who
had illegally registered to vote using post office box;
6. That 10,315 or more dead people voted in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia;
7. That Fulton County election workers at State Farm Arena ordered poll watchers and members of the media to leave the tabulation area on the night of November 3, 2020, and
continued to operate after ordering everyone to leave;
As you are well aware, those are all easily disproved lies, Joe. That's a boat load of lies to the Georgia Senate. You can't lie to the Georgia State Senate. There's like oaths and obligations and all kinds of legal sh!t. You can see why the Colorado Bar was p!ssed. They have the job of representing to the citizens of Colorado that Colorado licensed lawyers are honest and don't lie in official proceedings. So when some numbskull Colorado lawyer like Jenna Ellis blatantly lies to the Georgia Senate, the Colorado Bar sanctions them. They have to. It's like their job, man.
So the answer to your question is YES, anyone, including "Dems," who lies to a State Senate will get treated similarly by the Colorado Bar. And anyone who pleads guilty to Aiding and Abetting False Statements and Writings before the Georgia Senate will be similarly busted like Jenna Ellis in the State of Georgia.
